Top-Notch Social Media Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social is easy to use and displays posts exactly how they'll look on social platforms. It makes scheduling posts so much easier, which was especially helpful when I was preparing for maternity leave. It allowed me to work ahead and get everything organized, reducing the workload for my team while I was away. I also find it incredibly easy to pull metrics, as I can access month-to-month data effortlessly instead of having to gather it from each platform individually. Also, learning the system is quite straightforward, making the onboarding process for new team members manageable. It's definitely the best product I use in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have three different pages we post for, for LinkedIn specifically. We love the color-coded notes we can create, but we wish there was a way to color-code the actual posts when previewing them on the calendar. I also wish I could pull stats for my CEO's LinkedIn directly on Sprout, but understand there's limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easier to manage social media accounts, create content calendars, track metrics, and schedule posts. It shows posts exactly as they’ll appear on platforms, simplifying my planning and reducing the workload on my team during my maternity leave.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface, ease of use, and comprehensive tools are second-to-none. The social media scheduling, planning, and reporting are the best I've ever used. With AI integrations like optimized posting times, our special media platforms have flourished over our year with Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The investment in Sprout is costly. We had to cancel a few other subscriptions to make our Sprout line work -- while we're glad we did, we will not be able to upgrade our account type any time soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need for logging into seven platforms individually to post or manage our community.

It solves our lack of reporting in a quick and automated way.

It solves our competition monitoring so we can stay on trend.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having all my analytics history housed in one spot, which makes it easy to compare over the years. The convenience of working within Sprout Social instead of a spreadsheet is a big plus for me. I like that Sprout Social has everything I need in one platform. I enjoy the new features they've introduced recently, like scheduling Instagram stories and collaboration posts, which are really beneficial. The collaboration feature is especially valuable because it means I don’t need to post from my phone; I can do it all from within Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social removed the option to see my posts in calendar view past a year and that was a really important feature for me. Please bring back historical data in the calendar view. It made it a lot easier to find posts if I don't know the exact date it was posted originally or if I can't think of a keyword that was in the original post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps manage social media content scheduling, analytics, and comparisons over time. It centralizes everything I need in one platform, simplifying my workflow and making it easier to compare analytics over the years without relying on spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and analytic reporting with Sprout Social are both very straightforward and user-friendly. I really appreciate the sense of community and the networking opportunities that the platform offers. The customer support team is excellent and always responds quickly to any questions or issues I have. I also value how the team is consistently working to update and improve Sprout Social, ensuring it stays current and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like adding stickers to story posts, are not available, although I realize this limitation is not Sprout's responsibility. While Sprout does let you crop and edit photos, it currently lacks the ability to edit videos or add music within the platform.

I've also experienced some difficulties when trying to add profiles to my Sprout account. Certain Instagram pages can't be added because of their account type. Additionally, I've encountered instances where reporting data is missing—almost as if there are blackout periods with no available data, which I find quite odd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool really simplifies scheduling and makes managing data reporting much easier. It provides our team with a centralized place to manage our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout for its robust analytics features, the ability to post across multiple platforms and store pages, social listening tools, and reporting on campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've encountered is when trying to measure the success of our local store pages. I wish it wasn't necessary to link Instagram and Facebook accounts together, but I understand that's mainly a limitation on Meta's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is useful in helping us organize social posts by the tagging feature, being able to post on multiple platforms, overseeing our stores pages and content and also keeping an eye on our competitors and taking any learnings.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about sprout for me is the social listening. It makes seeing issues within the community, questions, or celebrations of our company so much easier to respond to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing tool still doesn't allow to change the caption for a post between the different platforms which causes a bit of a pain point in the scheduling process for our posts especially since we create links for tracking per platform so we need all the captions to be different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve our social listening concerns, and creating a platform to easily see all the posts that are being shared and in what cadence. It allows for us to ensure our posting schedule is meeting needs without flooding our platforms too often.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow management is great! We can set it up to manage everything from cases to approvals. I also love their learning portal and their customer support! We use it every day and it has been worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that gives me pause on recommending this product is their customer success team. I reached out multiple times to inquire about upgrades, with no reply each time (you'd think they'd want more money). I also was told that we would get a CSM for our account, but then they made changes to "up the threshold for which a CSM was required". That came out of the blue, which was honestly surprising because it was supposed to have been a part of the negotiation.

I love the tool, but can't recommend their support. You'll just have to decide what is most important to you and what the non-negotiables are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are improving quarterly, which allows me to know that if I encounter something I want to see done, it has the potential to come down the pipeline sooner rather than later.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease in scheduling content through the platform and support of our sprout social representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things with the reporting that can be improved with AI assist. Overall, it's a great product/tool. I've already made these product features aware to our rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is supporting our teams in content efficiency and adminstration. It is also supporting our team with social listening, social media analytics, and community engagement through responses into our Smart Inbox.
