What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly sprout social is and that they are always available to assist with questions through chat.

Could use more competitor insights and reporting metrics

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the software daily to manage my clients' social media for over a decade. I love the ability to see all of the incoming messages from across platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has gotten more expensive over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each of my clients has multiple social media accounts. Sprout Social organizes them all into one place.

The scheduling tools, and smart inbox tool.

Changes or fixes can sometimes be a little slow to come, but not horribly.

Convenient Way To Manage Social Media Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
It's a super convenient way to post across most social media platforms and some of the features (such as smart inbox) are very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with what it can do - such as not being able to add trending music to posts. I would love to see that feature added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time when it comes to cross-platform posting.

It has easy scheduling and customization like posting straight from each specific app

There's a lot to learn and I don't have the time to learn every feature

Allows for cross-platform scheduling so I don't have to make posts independently on each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social user-friendly, which is a big plus for me. Setting it up was easy, and I appreciate the ability to have multiple people on the account to manage different tasks. It also helps in creating a content calendar, scheduling posts, and provides insights into what performs best and the patterns in our engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it slow to initiate new features that are vital to social media. For instance, it took months after the 4x5 Instagram grid update for them to adjust the feed preview. Also, there's no integration for TikTok ads, which get mixed with TikTok organic content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for community management, creating a content calendar, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement patterns, all while having multiple team members manage the account.

The compresensive reports, easyt o use publishing

Price, customer service, and not being able to link accounts that DONT have a facebook page

The API configuaration to Threads. This is a primary platform for us

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most user-friendly platform I have ever used for corporate social media management. I can do a quick search of the platform and find exactly what I'm looking for. Tihis has saved me endless amounts of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more data backfill for all social platforms connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me understand customer sentiment, competitor insights, and post performance. These help me make educated decsisions with content.
