What do you like best about the product?
We are a very small marketing group so we value anything that enables us to work smarter and faster. I like Sprout because of the wide array of socials available for connection, the AI that enables us to publish better quality posts faster and the ability to monitor everything from one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do wish that sprout had the ability to publish PDF carousels on Linkedin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives my team the ability to move faster, produce better quality posts with their AI and monitor all our channels at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean UI and customizable reporting widgets. Easy to get started
What do you dislike about the product?
Data outputs are confusing and there are limited insights on Youtube and paid media.
Our initial Customer Support AE left the company and we were not assigned a new one for several weeks, setting back our onboarding timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to streamline social data and customer feedback into easily digestible reports for Sr. leaders.

Comprehensive Yet Cluttered: Ideal but Cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the analytics of multiple platforms in ONE place is extremely beneficial. Access is given to Sprout, and all social metrics can be pulled in. Whether it's like or comments or shares to impressions, engagements, reach and more - it's extremely helpful to track in one fell swoop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation of the website is overwhelming, lots of scrolling can be needed to find shares of a specific instagram post, as an example. The UI could be a lot easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of every individual on the marketing team needing access to all socials - it was possible to link them all to Sprout, and then share a login to it. This minimizes security risks by giving out the passwords or access to social channels while also conveniently having it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having content creation and review capabilities + reporting + Link in Bio + community management available under 'one roof.' I have been using it daily for the past 7 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty pricey tool that not everyone is able to justify paying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an all-encompassing tool where I can house all of my clints' social media accounts is wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been super useful for those of us who manage complaints, customer sentiment and feedback. I really enjoy the ability to get insight into multiple topics and the customizable interface. The insight gained is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up and reporting is not as intuitive as you would expect. Sometimes it gets tricky to remember how you got to a certain page/button. Other than that, I have been very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is allowing me to gain further insight about new launches and complaints customers have about our services. Because we partner with other brands, sometimes it is difficult to determine what is being mentioned about us directly vs the brand partner but Sprout gives us visibility into more details.

What do you like best about the product?
We switched from a competitor tool to Sprout Social, and it’s been a game-changer for scaling up our social media activities. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, saving me a ton of time when I need quick insights or to monitor multiple campaigns. The analytics feature is especially valuable—it provides detailed data on engagement and audience demographics, which has been huge for our campaign strategies. We’re able to make data-driven decisions in real-time, and that’s helped us adjust our campaigns to drive better results. Scheduling and publishing are also very smooth; for longer campaigns, I can just set it and forget it, which is a lifesaver with everything else going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout has been great, there’s a bit of room for improvement in the reporting features. It would be helpful to have more customization options for certain metrics and the ability to export in different formats for different teams. Also, I haven’t needed support too often, but I think it would be nice to see a bit more proactive guidance on new features or best practices, especially when updates are rolled out.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing about Sprout it helps bringing all our social media accounts together into one platform . It has become easier for my team to manage all my reciew where we were able to schedule posts in advance, track teams performan. moreover, the analytics is helpful in understanding what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed that the reporting capabilities are not right up there and still a scope for improvement. Also, there is no Power BI Integration which is really sad

We have tried various platforms earlier but Sprout does it job in organising all the platforms. Like the Social reviews, DM, Conversational Sports news was all coming up in one place
