very easy and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, and the ability to post on different platforms at the same time

sometimes its hard to find the extra features and what more the platform can offers

Great tool for social media teams of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is a huge upside for Sprout Social. I think anyone at any level can come in and intuitively get to work using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tag is a little high, but you get what you pay for. This isn't a lightweight option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to see everything social in one place, and we can make data-driven decisions on what content is working and isn't working quickly.
Easy setup and activation, tons of tools
What do you like best about the product?
Tons of features, good training and responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negatives yet. It is a massive company though and I usually like working with smaller vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy social listening, reporting and posting with AI built in.
It could be made easier / quicker when reviewing and tagging cases. It's problematic too.
What do you like best about the product?
The option to have it in black so to not damage your eyes as much.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less intuitive than say, what I was used to before which was social studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me manage what is coming in, it helps to filter what is not necessary for us to use.
Smart inbox gets an A+
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Smart inbox. Unlike other social management tools, you can work your way to inbox 0. It pulls in replies and mentions and allows you to complete your tasks, ensuring that you went through everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always think that Sprout has the reporting and social listening capabilities other tools do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize our community management process and ensures we don't miss a single message.
Great Platform with Easy Functions
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout easily allows users to schedule, review analytics and additional other features for those looking to optimize their social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling can have a better layout besides month and week list view.

Effective and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
The menus and interface cleanliness and efficency of maintaining the control of multiple accounts in just one hub. Sprout offers great tools to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little confusing at first glance.

Sprout helps maintaining the control of multiple social media profiles and keeping a good relationship between business and customers.
Great platform but lacking on support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, a lot of features to schedule and respond to social content. The AI text generation is really good and continues to provide very good suggestions. We value the find content feature to identify new articles to leverage on site channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their sales and billing team support level is very poor. They use a ticketing system and close the request before solving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to schedule posts across platforms at optimal times is helping us keep our brand visible across social media
It's been a great asset to our workflow.

Intuitive ease, easy of integration. Has made our workflows easy.

Nothing yet except that I don't know all of the features it can do,

Being able to keep our library and our company divisions very organized.
The available option should be longer. I get disconnected from available too soon.
What do you like best about the product?
Less non-business interactions to close out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't stay available very long because some interactions come in and are not assigned to me because my status shows unavailable. It either needs to not automatically go into unavailable until I click unavailable, or the time limit needs to increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing I see is that we don't get all the unnecessary interactions coming in that we have to just close out.
