What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE TO SEE THE RESPONSE AND POST FROM CUSTOMERS. HOW WE CAN PROVIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND HOW OFTEN WE CAN OR WILL USE THIS ENGINE.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING AT THIS POINT IM JUST STARTING TO USE THIS TYPE OF PLATFORM. ITS EASY TO USE SO FAR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ITS HELPING CUSTOMER LEVEL OF COMMITMENT FROM US INCREASE.

I love Sprout!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is a one-stop shop for all needs. You can do everything from the most basic functions for managing a brand's social media to the most analytical and strategic practices. One of the things I think that makes Sprout unique is that although you can do practically everything in Sprout, it is still very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would say is not my favorite thing about Sprout is that sometimes it can seem as if once they have your money, it's kind of up to you as the consumer to get things handled from a customer service perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of the general management .

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has a great-looking interface that seems to be plenty customizable for businesses, allowing you to create macros, automate, and fully streamline your social media presence. My team currently only uses Sprout to respond to customers, so I'm unsure about the publishing features. The keyboard shortcuts allow us to speed up our reviewing process, freeing up more time for us to respond to consumers. Most of our cases are sent to Salesforce which has had relatively painless integration, with only a few technical issues so far. After responding to consumers in Sprout, I do wish we could do more responding in Sprout instead of Salesforce, because I'd love to use it more frequently.
I also enjoy how individual users can also customize their own Sprout by choosing dark mode and using a side-by-side format to be able to seamlessly view individual comment threads on one side and still have the separate posts on the other side.
All in all, it has been very straightforward to learn to use, I felt like I was able to jump right in after training without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some lag at the moment, but we have quite a lot of accounts we work with, so it may be overloading things a little bit. Most of the technical issues we've been having has been with Salesforce integration, so it's unclear whether or not Sprout is at fault for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to review all posts coming in to our social media accounts quickly so the rest of our team can respond to our consumers as fast as possible.

sometimes tagging accounts on instagram act up. we cant tag accounts on a reel

community engagement, responding to comments and dms in a timely manner
building campaigns across brands and being able to visually see everything. sharing the calendar with the team has been a huge help

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has basically all you could want from a social media management software - there isn't a feature I haven't found
What do you dislike about the product?
The volume of features does mean it can sometimes be confusing - but there are plenty of FAQ's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has varying levels of roles/access meaning that I have been able to give selective access to employees without overwhelming them with unneccesary features

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great tool that allows users to access social platforms in both a concise & comprehensive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more features rolled out under the basic access.

The ability to access multiple platforms and schedule content, this tool is wonderful for content planning and organization.

What do you like best about the product?
As a data scientist, I appreciate being able to export all the data out of a single source. Being able to schedule posts and view the analytics of multiple social media platforms in a single place is what makes Sprout a great tool.

I also appreciate the extra features that are included that we sometimes don't realize are there - such as a "link in bio", and listening tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is missing, so I have to find other means to export that data. Although that might be due to the social platforms, and not Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how I don't have to go to multiple different sources to export analytics. I used to have to go to 4+ different sites to export the analytics I need.

Effortless Content Scheduling with Minor Glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule my content and develop the content calendar. I like how easy it is to use, and that a lot of my teammates can be logged in as well. The setup was pretty easy even if linking all the accounts was a bit cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that social accounts get disconnected quite often, which can be frustrating. Also, while the initial setup was easy, linking all the accounts felt a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule my content, solving the problem of manually scheduling during off hours. It's easy to use, and many of my teammates can log in as well.
