social media planner that goes above and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
it allows for planning and a cohesive look into organic social accross one company and many platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
at the moment nothing- the capabilites out perform platforms similar to sprout social
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our company is large and siloed - sprout social brings media together in a cohesive manner for analysis and social listening allows us to gain clarity into brand sentimate.
Great tool for scheduling social media posts and reviewing analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I liek how I can easily schedule out social posts for months ahead, it makes my job a lot easier. I also appreciate the reporting and listening tools that we have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult as a team/business to add multiple people and platforms to the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to pull analytics from other sources.

Tagging doesn't work very well. I usally have to schedule a post in Sprout and mannually tag people on the native platforms.
The interface is not very user-friendly compared to other similar social media managing platforms that I have used.

Streamline the posting process across different social media platforms.
Sprout Social has been super easy to navigate and has helped me reach my goals with my job.

I like how easy it is to find the reports for the entire profile of the company.

I have yet to have any problems with Sprout Social.

Sprout is the best for social media KPI tracking and management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has unlimited features tailored to your profiles. From recommending the best post times for your audience, to managing a customer support team. I use it daily—it keeps me organized and ahead on my work with scheduling, and it's so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sprout Social is that it's SO GOOD there's too much to learn. I feel like I underutilized it because there were so many features I could be using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see everything being said on social media about my company without having to scroll for hours on social media.
Best social scheduler!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout for managing social media! It's been a game changer in helping me become more proficient with scheduling, engaging, and staying organized. The analytics are a huge bonus, giving my team the insights we need to track our progress and improve our strategies. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their social media game!

Nothing I can think of the platform really covers all my bases!

Coming from an organization that only used Buffer it solves everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Sprout is to navigate. It also allows you to view the full threat of a social media post. There are shortcut answers that can be saved, you can like post and catoregize post by topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not use all of Sprouts function because it is not necessary in our role, but the additional things are still shown on dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication with customers and vieweinf their feedback.
Expensive, Poor Usability, Questionable ROI, and Terrible Customer Service

It has an extensive list of features and integration with all the major social media platforms.

It's very expensive, has poor usability, hides advertised features behind paywalls, delivers questionable ROI, and provides terrible customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Sprout Social to manage our social media needs. So far, it's been a huge disappointment.
A Great Platform for All Levels of Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I still love Sprout Social, but would appreciate more if the platform allowed for basic report filtering and the ability to pick and choose the base-level included tools. There are some that we as a team don't necessarily need that could be replaced with other basic tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is always tough, but it's hard to beat a platform that makes social media management a breeze. The only thing I would love to see more of at a base price is reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The aggregation of messages, comments, mentions, etc. in the Inbox completely cuts out the need to visit multiple platforms per day or schedule time to review engagement.
Strong scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think Sprout does a good job of providing a tool that is adaptive and easy to use. I think the scheduling and planning piece are its strongest benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout was able to do more re: tracking outside accounts or being able to customize how you track analytics.

It is a big value add in terms of listening capabilities as well as scheduling out posts.
