Sprout Social makes social management easy!

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I love the most about Sprout Social is that it puts information from multiple accounts and platforms into one centralized platform. This makes it so much easier and quicker to complete any social-related tasks, including posting, reviewing analytics, and monitoring messages for multiple accounts. As a social media manager, I use Sprout Social every day and it makes my life so much easier. Not to mention, the customer support is fantastic, with live chat just a click away! I have found it super easy to navigate the platform and to set it up with my social media channels connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are any downsides to Sprout Social, I haven't found them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes social media management so much more EFFICIENT!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of behind able to upload and track social media content. It makes life so much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a learning curve for new users, but once you understand it's easy grasp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think sprouts is solving the problem of having so much work and not having time to individually track each post, all the info is right there

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and drafting in the calendar is a big help. The listening tool also offers a concise report on what you need to know.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of integration with social media platforms, it may not offer the most tools. for example, we are not able to tag a user in a LI post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
concise and simple social media calendar, allowing collaboration across departments and regions.

Effective reporting on organic social media campaigns, and competitor analysis. Saves time and resource.

Great product with fast customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI overall the best. I would use Sprout simply for that alone. However, the most standout thing to me within the product is the customer service. Whenever I have a question, I get fast, detailed responses. I was genuinely blown away with how knowledgeable the staff is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little easier to create a full content calendar within the "Publishing" section. I can't drag and drop notes to different days yet (although I see you're working on that in the Arb!), and I want a little more automation in that way (not AI captions). I'd love to drop Asana for good and just use Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General everyday social media management -- an all-in-one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts and analyze performance all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Sprout Social is that some of its advanced features can be quite pricey, which may not be accessible for smaller businesses or individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social addresses the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platform for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing content. This benefits me by saving time and streamlining my workflow, allowing me to focus on creating engaging content and building meaningful connections with my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Our purpose for investing in Sprout was to streamline our content production and approval process. The ability to capture ideas and notes in the same location that content is created saves time, as does the ability to complete the review and approval process. This has resulted in significant time savings for content creation, as well as for our reporting process. We have been able customise the report to what we need and produce it easily. Instead of taking days, we spend a fraction of the time on preparing monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The available features meet our business marketing requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Friction in the process of content creation, i.e. rework, not having a central location, ideation, review
Reporting - Previously this has taken far too long. Now we can generate a report quickly and tailor commentary based on monthly activity.
Streamlining the process for engagement across two businesses.
