Great for social listening but reporting and capabilities are limited

What do you like best about the product?
Social Listening and dashboard where everything is all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is the same thing I can pull for free - scheduler doesn't allow for story capabilities. Price tag worth this month?

Great onboarding, easy to use, and great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes scheduling posts so easy. By having a few different locations we can easily manage what we are sending to each location and manage all comments, and messages. Customer service is also fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is not a cheap option so price may be an issue for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making our lives easier by providing a hub where all our social accounts are managed. By creating this central social hub we can easily manage how we communicate with our customers and well as manage the amount of content we are sending to our followers.

Everything all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule posts to multiple platforms. Easy to find ideal posting times. The smart inbox is easy to use. I also like the reporting section and the Instagram Grid Planner. The AI assistant is helpful for creating captions. The approval process works well. Customer support has been available and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more features like AI responses for the smart inbox and a way to save frequently used hashtags. Also, I sometimes get errors when responding in the smart inbox and am not able to reply to comments. I wish that would be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us by scheduling social media posts for a variety of platforms on several different channels for our company. It also helps us to respond in a timely manner to comments and messages and track our analytics. It's nice having everything all in one place so we aren't having to switch between services.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and schedule content at optimal times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to attach trending audios to tiktoks. I also wish there was a way to publish tiktok slideshows in the app.

Ease of scheduling content for multiple accounts and keeping track of workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I work in marketing and am a content specialist who uses Sprout Social on a daily basis. The ease of use, the tools offered and the support from the company are just a few reasons why I really like this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see additional features/capabilities as the social media platforms grow and change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a great tool to schedule posts and coordinate with my team because we are remote. The draft feature allows us to check each other's work and assist when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides many different capabilities, such as publishing, listening, reporting, etc. I have been using Sprout Social for almost a year now and I've never faced any major issues. It makes performing all tasks around social media easy and stress-free. It's also a great collaborative platform that makes it easy to work together with your team. Their customer support has always been quick and very helpful. Using sprout everyday, I highly recommend it as it is beneficial to integrate your social media platforms and easy to implement your strategy and campaigns on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor things; sometimes your profiles get disconnected, a few occasional technical glitches, a few features I wish they had, but nothing that can't be easily fixed through their support or worked around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easy to manage several social media accounts at once, compiling all of your accounts onto one platform. It simplifies the sometimes confusing publishing screens on platforms, and can quickly crop/edit your assets to be the appropriate size. It also provides AI suggestions for alt-text that are usually perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive and easy to work with and understand. I use it daily in my work and have not encountered any issues. If you're coming from a competing scheduling platform, it's a pretty easy switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot customize platforms under one umbrella. For example, if I create a post for a certain day but have different copy for different platforms, I have to create a separate post for each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize Sprout Social to schedule posts for my clients. It prevents me from having to post real-time, saving me time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
You can complete multiple actions in one swoop and it is SUPER time saving. Also we have a video go viral and answering DMs was an absolutle life saver. Also whenever Ive had issues or have gotten stuck their

I wish they had more reporting for non-business accounts but I think these limitations come from the social platforms as opposed to Sprout

Instead of going into each platform, I can do everything at once!

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of the most important parts of any software is the help you can access to use it. The chat on sprout is helpful and fast. The tool is robust, there are a lot of opportunitites for training, and in a hurry - you can get help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't vary the post copy and image sizes per post per platform in one shot. You can duplicate posts or vary certain settings but this function is annoying. If you have to change one word in a post that is almost the same across channels - you have to open it a bunch of seperate times. This was almost a deal breaker for me. It would also be nice to automate boosting within a budget like Hootsuite can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to tag posts, pull reports, and plan ahead. There are so many features - like the queue - that I want to learn. We use the approvals, cases, tagging, campaign planning (I LOOOOOOVEE this) and reporting. It's an amazing tool and has been a game changer.
