An all-in-one social media tool that ticks all the boxes
What do you like best about the product?
Having worked in both agencies and in-house, I love that Sprout Social is useful for managing multiple clients at the same time, or just one really effectively. It has excellent simple reporting mechanisims that's all easy to modify, and makes scheduling a breeze with draft modes and approval processes.
My favourite feature has to be the community management tool though, which I used daily. It is easy to track conversations, tag them to monitor sentiment and themes, and makes working with customer service and marketing teams so much easier.
The customer support is also really helpful and our dedicated agent is always quick to reply and helps with set up, new user introductions and getting to know features better. It's super easy to integrate with all social media channels and set up/implementation can be done really quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish Sprout could do better is separating organic vs paid social media results in reporting for all channels. There are workarounds, but would love if this became easier and one-click rather than having to put in more manual effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing everything you need into one place so that you're not having to go to all the different channels to implement, analyse and provide customer service. That saves me loads of time and means I can get a bigger picture across all channels, making life simpler. It's also great for working collaboratively with third parties such as agencies who help with our marketing.
Sprout has continuously proven to be the elite platform for social media management!

What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was able to track better TikTok metrics, but overall it has been a homerun!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one person social team, it truly helps streamline everything. From analytics to scheduling it has made life so much easier!

I love that it's an all-in-one tool and the analytics are just better than any other platform I've used!

Sometimes the analytics dashboard is a little clunky in terms of navigation.

Robust analytics all in one place, plus intuitive scheduling.
Cross-Channel Social Media Management Streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the collaborative ability to work easily with other teammates, using multiple social media channels and different audiences to build cohesive campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only lacking feature I have found is that I can not share PDF's on LinkedIn via Sprout Social.

Sprout Social has consolidated all of our channels and audiences into one easy-to-use platform that provides great control and reporting.

Sprout allows several members of our team to generate content on multiple social media channels. The review process ensures we're communicating within our brand guidelines.

I really don't have anything negative to say about using Sprout.

I like that I can see what content my colleauges have planned for our various channels in one spot.

Sometimes getting to the calendar is a bit clunky

I love how dynamic and adaptable Sprout is to the everchaning needs of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, I haven't found too many downsides beyond there how many features there are so it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with!

Good social scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
it does the job and has good UX. Don't use it for much else.

There are limitations but those are mostly due to the platform APIs

It's a pretty basic social scheduling tool.
A powerful tool with some great insights
What do you like best about the product?
Having a dashboard that can monitor everything that I need in a convenient location really makes my job much easier. We're pumping out a large volume of content and this makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional Seats can be a bit pricey. Makes it a bit restrictive for medium sized teams with finite budgets.

Best scheduling platform by far!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily schedule content across multiple platforms/accounts. I really love that you incorporate Google My Business as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complicated of a dashboard to get used to but is still better than some of the other scheduling software that I've used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to see all of our social platforms and business locations into one place. That is a HUGE time saver as a marketing director that does not have any staff helping them.
