Easy to use with great reporting options
What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to using Sprout, and it seems relatively easy to use. Publishing and scheduling posts is simple, and I can preview before sending. I also like the optimal time options. Reporting is straightforward, and I'm able to get all the key metrics I need. I do need to explore the competitor analysis features a bit more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble with tagging, and I often need to share a post directly on a social media channel in order to tag a relevant business or individual. Reporting is usually easy, but there are times when I find it difficult to filter certain posts, so having a more advanced filtering option would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited on users and profiles, but we're working collectively on it. The biggest problem for us is tagging, but I think that might a long-term fix.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface. Sprout Social's interface is easy and simple to use for navigating and managing our social media accounts. Our team now responds to customer messages faster than our previous tool. Thank you!

It may be pricey compared to other tools.

Sprout Social makes managing social media easier and provides detailed insights. It saves us time and boosts engagement.
Save Time and Streamline Your Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the internal tagging system for organizing posts. The suggested posting times are very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides at the moment.

It allows our team to post easily on all our platforms and keeps messaging consistent.
An excellent social media management platform, ideal for handling all your social media needs.

Sprout Social is easy to use and runs smoothly. I've never encountered any issues since we started using it.

Tabs are not compartmentalized yet, but overall, things are going well so far.

Sprout social offers the following advantages whille addressing a number of important social media management issues namely; streamlined social media mgnt, enhanced analytics and reporting and many more

What do you like best about the product?
In my role (influencer manager), I use the "people" function the most often, as it allows me to easily find any creators that talking about us organically. More importantly, I can use the search function within to target creators that highlight specific collections, products, or teams that I'm looking to highlight in a campaign; helping to find creators that are already fans and familiar with us, making collaborations even easier to secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could use SS to find creators that didn't tag/mention us as well, but it's not meant to be a discovery tool, so that's just nitpicking. I had high hopes for the "reviews" function as well, but I feel most of the results are spammy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a dedicated discovery tool, so SS has provided me with an easy means of finding creators that are talking about us organically; allowing me to find creators that are a seamless fit for our brand.
Great 'all in one' platform for social media

the tools it has for posting and monitoring content. its all in one place and easy to use with help on hand

connecting channels to your account sometimes can be an issue

it is making it easy to share content on more than one channel and analyse performance of said content

What do you like best about the product?
My onboarding training was the highlight of my Sprout experience. My trainer, Mickey, was incredibly helpful, providing real-time solutions, detailed recaps of our sessions, and he ensured that I was always in the loop. His professionalism was matched only by his relatability, making each interaction both informative and pleasant. His training was so inspiring that it convinced me to upgrade my subscription. The ease of use of the platform is to be noted along with the integration with all of my organization's accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per seat is not ideal. As my team grows we will need to add more; however, the price point is concerning as we are a small company at this time. No other qualms with using Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's AI integrations are helpful in crafting custom messages that I then tailor to create a more personalized touch with our fans.
Sprout: A Reliable and User-Friendly Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using Sprout as a tool at work, and so far I've been impressed with its functionality. The platform is user-friendly and offers a range of features that can cater to our tasks. The interface is simple which makes it easy for us to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing negative to report about it yet, as it’s a new tool for us, specifically developed to meet our needs. We’re still in the process of exploring and familiarizing ourselves with its features. The tool is promising and supports us in delivering our tasks effectively. While we’ve encountered some bugs and glitches, we anticipate these will improve as we continue to use and understand the tool better. Our team is actively noting our observations to provide constructive feedback for future enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us streamline our tasks with an organized workflow, allowing us to manage them efficiently without compromise. As Social Media Customer Support, handling direct messages, comments, and mentions across various platforms can be overwhelming. However, Sprout enables us to deliver our service effectively and in a timely manner.

The thing i like the most is the simplicty of use.

The thing a dislike is the rapidity of the software sometimes.

Great Platform to Manage Social Media Channels
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly convenient to create, manage, and schedule content for multiple social media channels in one place. It's also very satisfying to see how my posts would look before posting with the preview feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is just having to create a scheduled draft for each social media platform due to the differences in each platform (i.e. can't incorporate hashtags to all posts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping figure out areas that need to be improved on when I push out content, and it also helps me with data to see what kind of content is working and what doesn't.
