What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's innovative features, such as community engagement that allows simultaneous interaction across multiple social media platforms, along with robust data and engagement monitoring capabilities, perfectly align with our needs as Social Media Care Support/Specialists. These tools empower us to effectively manage and enhance our engagement efforts across various channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Sprout Social is that, being relatively new, there have been occasional bugs. However, throughout our experience with the platform, they have consistently addressed these issues with fixes and continued improvements to features, actively considering user requests and feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addressing customer concerns and effectively resolving their issues enhances engagement and encourages customers to utilize our services.

Great Platform for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can easily schedule social posts ahead of time. It has great features that give very valuable analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes video quality decreases when scheduling without a mobile publisher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to schedule posts ahead of time which frees up the day to work on other projects.

Scheduling out reels/videos is kind of a pain sometimes. It won't publish with audio directly, but will send a push to your phone for you to post manually.

Hi - I find it as a big time saver , I can post on my social media in one location and hit schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more reporting - example run a contest on how many share your post, comment Like and follow for a time frame to drive more enagement

I love that it is so user friendly and easy to use.

Can't adjust Instagram reel cover photo!

Being able to schedule all my posts for my different brands

What do you like best about the product?
They offer extensive onboarding support (4 hours included) and a support specialist. Every interaction I've had with their people has been very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is so expensive for what you get. As a content creator with over 250,000 followers, there are much better products that don't cost $8,000 per year. In addition, that charge only gets you one user, which is completely insane. Our first week with the software, they had a glitch and we couldn't post anything for 4 days, which is a huge deal when we post multiple times per day across many platforms. It was over a weekend, but it took 4 days to resolve and we weren't offered a discount or anything to make up for the productivity we lost. They did solve the issue but it only added to our disappointment.

It does provide nice analytics and the employee advocacy tool seems great so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout incredibly user-friendly, especially when setting up listening and keywords. It's intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to navigate and manage social media interactions and analytics. With Sprout, I can quickly track conversations and trends, making my social media management tasks efficient and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major drawback of Sprout is its frequent slowness, which affects usability about 90% of the time. It becomes particularly challenging when multiple users attempt to work simultaneously, often resulting in accidental overlaps where both parties can unknowingly edit the same comment. Additionally, the platform lacks robust functionalities for sorting the smart inbox by topics such as sentiment and keywords, necessitating redundant efforts. More extensive permissions within Sprout would also be beneficial, allowing actions like liking Instagram posts or viewing likes on Facebook comments directly within the platform, rather than relying on native interfaces.
Having the ability to manually assign cases to myself would be a valuable feature in Sprout. This would allow me to organize my workflow more efficiently by working directly from the cases tab, reducing the risk of overlapping with colleagues in the smart inbox. By assigning cases manually, I could prioritize and manage tasks effectively without the concern of multiple users working on the same items simultaneously. This feature would enhance productivity and streamline collaboration within the platform.
Overall Sprout is a good platform and it's user friendly for the options that it does have, but it would be better to have more options to organize and customize the user experience to help social media community representatives.

Its streamlined approach allows for efficient engagement with customers and effective social media management. Moreover, Sprout's reporting capabilities provide valuable insights that assist the marketing department in identifying and addressing issues raised by guests, enabling proactive strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Efficient, thoughtful social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar and publishing tools, the asset library, inbox management, campaigns, and tag features. It has been so helpful in keeping our team organized. We're even able to have external approvers who don't have licenses, and it's easy for them to do. The reporting is pretty robust as well, although I feel like we've only scratched the surface of what it can tell us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our onboarding could have been better. I felt like the sales team was able to explain features better than the person who onboarded us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried using third-party companies to manage our social media, but we kept running into the roadblock of them not understanding our business well enough, which became a huge time-suck. Eventually, we decided we needed to bring social in-house with an efficient and easy-to-use tool.
