Great for reports
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can do reports for multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant see the reach of multiple accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Sprout Social for publishing and reports. I appreciate that you can tag other accounts directly from the publishing page rather than having to go back and edit the post from the native platform like with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into anything so far, I am looking forward to learning more about the number of features that Sprout Social offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me maintain more of a social media presence for my company.

It has to plenty of tools and I enjoy the sentiment indicator as a tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat of a learning curve / not enough easy to use guides outside of training courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me schedule content and keep track of what people are saying online.
Sprout Social is a more effective, customized way to engage and amplify a consistent company vision.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how straightforward and easy-to-learn Sprout Social is; I can schedule posts, check performance, and dig into user activity that wasn't possible with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sprout Social to add emoji integration to schedule posts in advance and not have to worry about adding things in once posted on social channels. I think if Sprout Social had more detailed information about reach and engagement and more insights into individual performance and what works best per user, it would add to how often users use the platform and help them get more out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a tremendous value-add for associates benefitting from better social presence and boosting our brand awareness.
I have used Sprout for over a year now and my company of 68 venues just secured a deal to use Sprout

The ability to post to all social platforms from one place and the use of the smart inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot post to facebook groups.

The time saving of all social media platforms in one place.

The reporting tools are particuarly clear and useful - it's great being able to have all different platforms measured in the same way so comparing growth is much more straightforward.

It would be nice to have a graph building feature for the different sorts of analytics so we can present them in an easier to digest way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making growth easy to track - this was very difficult and time consuming without Sprout.

Sprout Social has made social media management effortless
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the Smart Inbox is the best thing about Sprout Social. It is so easy to communicate with each and every person tagging/messaging our company, and the AI assist is helpful in creating appropriate responses. I am able to go on for about an hour each day and answer every post/message that comes through quickly. I just started with Sprout, and the onboarding quiz and exam were crucial in integrating the platform into my position. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I have found with Sprout was with the Smart Inbox. I have noticed that a few times when our company is tagged, the actual post (i.e. LinkedIn) is not our company, just one with a similar name. This could really trip us up if it was not fact checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to interact with all of our platforms effortlessly and ensure our brand presence is noticed.
The only Social tool I can’t live without
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the best all-in-one social platform on the market. I love that I can plan, schedule, engage and review results all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive so unfortunately some of the businesses I've worked at means Sprout is out of their price range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my team work collaboratively having access to all data and information needed. Both the social and the customer service team live on Sprout Social.
Love this program so much that I brought it to my new job
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality and interface. It's incredibly user-friendly, and it has a very clean look. The app is also fantastic. Support is awesome when needed. I've been a fan for almost 10 years now, and one of the first changes I made in my new job was to switch from another software to Sprout. The Advanced Plan is amazing, especially with the new Ai features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app is glitchy, but it's minor stuff, like showing badge notifications when there aren't any unread notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to consolidate our messaging. Everything lives in the smart inbox, and that's perfect for ease of use. Customer reviews also are a breeze.

I enjoy sprout due to its accessible navigation style, and it's clean and easy webpages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes small bugs can appear, like when utilizing the smart inbox feature the like widget will not appear. Other then that, nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to all viewers and customers of our social pages. This allows for valuable engagement where I could not do anywhere else. Posting and scheduling social posts to strategic and specific times of the day or week.
