Analyze everything
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful tools is being able to post around viral or peak times. This helps capitalize engagement, and get the best ROI espeically around content integrated products. Tracking perfrmoance via posts and overall profiles is also helpful in getting specific details onto what content works and how many viists we get to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to get demogrpahcs for every platform like if there was a demogrpahics tab only or clear subsection. I think some of the accounts don't show the demographics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the issues that is pretty difficult to find a solution for, is finding a range of time for posting to get the most exposure. Their feature under publsing where you can use optimal times has made it to where bad performing content is perfoming much better.
Sprout is the most advanced and intuitive social software I have seen on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is very thorough. The platform is capable of accomplishing all of our social goals, especially with the employee advocacy feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could pick and choose our package a bit more. The platform is so comprehensive, but several tools aren't of use to my organization. If we could have a less comprehensive build-out at a lower price, it would be easier to get approved for budgeting and continuous future use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More intuitive analytics, being able to target posts without spending ad revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is a strong suit for this tool, as many tools can schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The value vs price. Many tools can do more than sprout when scheduling posts for less money. The add-on fees via cross-selling are a big negative a lot of tools won't do, ie. jira vs click up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling out content for multiple clients is more efficient than posting natively

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. I love that you can easily duplicate posts so that you don't have to waste any time recreating a post if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that you have to push a post live on Instagram & TikTok instead of it posting automatically.

Sprout is streamlining our social media mangement process.
Convenient one stop shop for all things social
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social for both marketing and customer service. It provides a single platform where both teams can work efficiently. We love the automation features and the easy-to-read reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just switched over from another platform and currently I have not found anything that stands out negatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used ot have social media marketing and customer service separate and now we were able to combine into one platform with all tools needed available
My favorite scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive, and easy to navigate even though the onboarding. I love option for bulk scheduling, but I wish there were option to include video.
What do you dislike about the product?
In just one month of using the platform, I encountered numerous glitches with publishing. Posts wouldn't go out, warnings about potential issues with uploading were missing, and some functions didn't save properly. For instance, I removed boosting from a post, but it still received a $1 boost on Meta. There were many issues, but due to my busy schedule, I didn't have time to report all of them. I did report a few, and some gaps in the platform were identified.

The process of scheduling is much faster than other platforms I worked with!

The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is that it puts all your social media platforms into one place and gives you the data from there.

Could have better AI capabilities for reporting.

Sprout Social is making things more organized by putting everything into one place.
Wonderful When Comparing Company Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we are able to view the insights of any company. Everything is detailed and easy to read, making it easier to compare our company to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it takes a while for the company insights to load after adding a new company. I would like to see instant updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to view analytics and insights of many companies. This is solving the problem of improving our company's user engagement and platform base. By looking at how other companies are using Social Media, it allows our company to become inspired and try out new tacts to grow our social media prescence.
A great tool to consolidate all of your social media tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all comments and metrics in one place is such a time saver. I use it on a daily basis and rarely ever do I find myself getting lost in the software. Overall it is really simple to use and took little time to integrate Sprout into my workflow. The pro level has some amazing tools for automating when to post and gaining insight into our audiences interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point feels a little high for the standard accout. With so many features added from standard to pro, it feels like the price point should be much lower especially for those who only want to manage their own company's socials and need a time saving tool for those wearing multiple hats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on multiple channels at once. We are a small team and having all of the information in one spot is essential to our effeciency.
User Friendly Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been so helpful because the platform is easy to use! Our team got a full walk-through of the platform and the features available from a representative, which was extremely helpful. The social listening is going to be a game changer for us. I also love the recommendations they have for optimal times to post across channels. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sprout to peers in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a dedicated customer support representative instead of having to write into a support team if we have issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to more easily gauge our brand sentiment by using social listening and be more in tune with our customers.
