Streamlined Social Workflow: Smart Inbox, Easy Scheduling, and Clear Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout Social is to use. Multi-channel posting is a piece of cake, and the layout is clean and well organized, which makes everything feel really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like is the story scheduling. For some of my clients it goes through, but for others it won’t, so of course I can’t rely on it for stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a one-stop solution for all my social media clients. Whether it’s multi-platform scheduling, downloading calendars to get client approvals, generating reports, or handling communication, it saves my day every single day.
Sprout Social Makes Managing Social Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience and ease of use. I use Sprout almost daily to schedule posts. I love that I can schedule by the month. This makes my job easier as I can plan in advance. It's great for my team because we all manage multiple pages across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social offers a lot of great features, but the amount of features can sometimes make navigating the site difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for has multiple pages to manage for multiple locations. We also have a large marketing team. Sprout Social allows us to each manage our locations' pages while still collaborating on our social pages.
Reliable, Exactly as Set Up Every Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can trust everything will go out exactly as I set it up, no changes, no error, exactly how I wanted it

You cannot add text to stories or add more than 10 pictures

It benefits me because I feel confident that all my posts are being completed exactly how I want them to
A Social Media Management Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its scheduling feature, especially for evergreen social posts. The 'optimal times' feature is fantastic as it helps boost our engagement. Scheduling the first comments makes it easier to drive followers to our website, which is really beneficial. Also, the reporting capabilities are a big plus. It's great how these features come together to support planning ahead and collaboration as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the Canva integration. It would be much more convenient to be able to schedule collaborative posts in Sprout rather than posting manually.

Sprout Social helps manage content for our brands, plan ahead, and collaborate as a team. Scheduling posts and using the 'optimal times' feature boosts engagement. Reporting capabilities enhance our strategy, and posting links in comments keeps our followers informed.
Streamlined Social Media Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the publishing tools and the approval workflow in Sprout Social. These features allow us to run our marketing business smoothly, letting posts go live on a monthly schedule for over 500 clients. The approval workflow ensures posts are reviewed by the correct team members with a smooth handoff. I also appreciate the reporting features as they enable us to analyze our posts' performance, our profiles' success, and evaluate the performance of our different packages and pilot content. Additionally, I like being able to pull up reports and data to see how profile performance is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could upload both photos and videos to Facebook, the feature recently went live for Instagram, but I don't know why we can't do the same for Facebook. I also think improving the preview grid would be nice, like being able to view a certain amount of posts on the grid rather than the entire grid. I also think filtering out posts that weren't tagged a certain way would help us get an idea of what we're providing versus what the client is posting on their own. Additionally, being able to make your own groups quickly to pull performance would be really useful.

I use Sprout Social to plan posts for over 500 clients across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profiles. The platform allows us to manage everything smoothly with its publishing tools, approval workflows, and reporting features, enhancing team communication and efficiency.
Extremely Intuitive Platform That Makes Collaboration Just Work
What do you like best about the product?
It’s extremely easy to understand in terms of the layout, collaborate for content, and just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into limits for how many profiles I can connect, but that’s more a function of my plan.

Managing and tracking our social media presence.
Centralizes Analytics and Enhances Content Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social centralizes all of our analytics and inboxes in one place, making it easier for review and management. This feature saves time for our small marketing team and makes it easier to identify trends within our analytics since we can compare different platforms' performance or a single piece of content shared across platforms, all in one place. It's more user-friendly than the clunky Meta Business Suite interface for managing content and analytics. Also, the initial setup of Sprout Social was user-friendly and intuitive, and we had no problem getting set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not currently support much in terms of video content, so we can't, for instance, edit together an Instagram Reel and schedule it on our Sprout calendar. It also does not allow mixed media (photo + video) Facebook content to be created within Sprout. Certain types of content we have to create or post natively on the respective social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content and track analytics. It centralizes all metrics, DMs, and comments for easy review and timely responses, saving time and optimizing our strategy. It's more user-friendly than Meta Business Suite.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Sprout Social. It's easy to go through different dates, and it shows me what went most viral, which saves me time.

I don't love the scheduling features.

User-Friendly Analytics, Minor Reconnection Hiccup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use UI in Sprout Social. It makes it really easy to find what you need and to pull reports. I also appreciate the analytics. It makes it really easy to understand the data, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing is when a social media account gets disconnected, it's hard to find where to go to reconnect it. I wish it was more prevalent to be able to see exactly where I can reconnect my social accounts.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts and reviewing engagement. It solves analytics challenges by making the data easy to understand.
Self-Explanatory Platform That’s Easy to Start Using Immediately
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The entire platform is self-explanatory and it made it easy to start using immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a quicker way to schedule a post within the same screen across multiple platforms. We are able to duplicate the copy and creative so it isn't starting over from scratch. However all on one screen would be preferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked visibility on our social media impact and had no way of reporting. This was solved immediately once we started using the platform.
