Working well for my summer internship!

What do you like best about the product?
For my internship, my team was able to assign me a specific role with limited permissions (primarily being able to submit work for approval instead of posting directly to our accounts) thus making it easy to see the two-step approval.

The character counting feature is incredibly helpful except for on platforms where we have premium accounts that can post above the default character limit. In these cases I have to submit my work to my managers through Slack and have them upload the content to get around Sprout's character restrictions (it won't allow you to submit a post that exceeds the default character count).

Accessing content from the asset library is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the two-step approval process, the software does not allow me to access/see the original text I submitted (in order to compare/learn from the edits that were made) unless I save my work separately somewhere else. This makes the two-step editing process a less valuable teaching tool than it could be.

Sprout currently lacks specific features for certain social platforms, including the ability to add corresponding links for Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of needing a place that easily tracks character counts and allows me to submit my work for approval before posting directly to official accounts in a streamlined manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and comprehensive analytics are what I like best about Sprout Social. The upsides are good scheduling options, easy to use analytics, and great team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it feels like it's glitching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it is a centralized tool for scheduling, but more for analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I do use Sprout Social for scheduling my posts, but mostly I use it for analytics. I love that every Friday I go in and have all of my stats at one place. Makes it easy both for me and my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pictogram can be misleading, until you learn their meaning. But, comparing to good things, this is nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, social listening. I love how I can tag each comment based on the feeling.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly and looking up information is always a breeze, thanks to how well-organized each sections are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish dark mode will be implemented someday, so I can work more comfortably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling tickets is easy because only the key details are displayed. Other information (still related to the current ticket) are tucked away, but can be easily accessed, too. Working with a tool that's really organized helps me resolve the customer's issue faster.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social for daily social media management. The customer support through the university is super helpful in getting started quickly. I love that they are incorporating AI into the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social has an opporunity to intergrate Customer management platforms to increase value for the entire company using their platform - not just the social team. Having more options to customize reporting would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us make the most of our small team.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how the platform helps organize posts and how it gives an idea of when it is best to post in terms of engagement. I believe this helps grow a business and social page, which is ultimately the purpose of platforms using SproatSocial.

I also like that I can see how the Instagram page I manage is growing, and the numbers behind it. I enjoy this feature because it tells me what works the most or better.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the platform, I wouldn't say I like that Instagram disconnects a lot. As a recent example, I had scheduled a post and it was not published because of the page disconnecting from the Instagram account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the problem the platform solves is time management. Personally, it lets me schedule posts in advance and allows me to work on other things that need my attention the most.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling posts across social channels. As well as it's tagging system. The services team is super knowledgeable and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the full capacity to post certain things to social channels like documents to LinkedIn and Threads in X. Sometimes feels like we just get data back from the services team ant actional insights to help us grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning as far out as a years and the workflows. Kist allows us to slip in content down the line as placeholders so can manage output effectively. Workflo makes it easy to know when my boss has approved all my posts so there is rarely communication breakdowns there.

I really like the scheduling feature. It is so nice to be able to see the calendar and times lined up.

The listening tool is not that intuative.
