Sprout Social is a huge time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is so easy to use. It's extremely user friendly and makes scheduling posts a breeze! I also love to ability to respond to reviews from different platforms all in one place, and of course the reporting features are a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides of Sprout when posting content is that there is currently no way to add audio in to a post within the platform - I think that would be super helpful. Other than that my only complaint is that there are Sprout features I wish I could utilize that are outside of my company's budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me streamline posts for 20 different pages. Being able to easily duplicate posts and tweak captions and then schedule for other pages is super helpful.

the management system is very user frendily

The reporting metrics can be inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The listening service and quaility of monitoring helps solves small problems before they become larger problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar feature and synced inboxes and social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to collaborate with teammates on copy for a social post.
The comment boxes have a 500 character limit, so if someone wanted to copy and paste a lot of social text for a second draft it's not really possible.
It's hard to see tracked changes of content. The "Needs Approval" section could take this into account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling everything out in advance.
The tagging feature could be better. I'd like to be able to see individuals faces so I know I am tagging the right "John Doe."

Social Planning Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar feature allows me to keep track of all the accounts I manage and across all platforms. The addition of tagging gives me a clear view of what type of content is performing the best. Sprout is easy to add to your process and each platform integrates directly into the site. The reports allow me to track and mointor campaigns and performance across each profile and show me which posts are doing the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram stories are getting better but still have some limitations on the mobile side; however I hear they are working to make this integration more seamless. Though I don't know of any other software with the level of integration for Instagram the way Sprout does currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and scheduling is simple. Tags and reporting allow you to see the impact of every post.
Works Great For Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me track customer success management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more detailed reporting, we still use Meta as a subsidary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows my team to track what our clients are doing and how they are talking about our products. As we pivot to new age tech, this helps us tremendously but on the cutting edge of use trends so that we are not losing customers due to archaic strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user-friendly and helps make a month of marketing easy to see and plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features in an app aren't available when scheduling like tagging on stories on IG and certain tik tok video editing capabilities.

It's solving keeping track of when to post things and helps organize social media communications in an easy to read way.

Easy, Effective + Great Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a number of other competitor social scheduling platforms and Sprout Social has always been my favorite. Sprout provides robust reposrting, easy to use scheduling and a bunch of other great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the frequency of reporitng errors (i.e. META, Facebook). It makes it hard to properly track for reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling and robust reporting. Having datat allows me to share performance updates with our greater team. With the convenience of scheudling, I can see all planned content across every platform.

What do you like best about the product?
there are alot of great functions to create performnace reporting. That is important to us so we can see how our content is performing and why. It is also really easy to schedule posts. We use this every day and it makes our workflow easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to do collaborative posts on sprout. It would be fantastic to use this platform 100% of the time to schedule and engage with our audience instead of having to long into each account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were on brandwatch before and we would have alot of issues with content not publishing. So far that has not been an issue on sprout.
