Amazing to use

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use, and organized. Makes posting to multiple different platforms as simple as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have is the outages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me solve the issue of posting to multiple platforms for multiple pages. Streamlines it all to one place, saving time and frustration.

Easy onboarding process and automation of social posting

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule and organize social posts, tag posts to see what kinds of content are performing the best, create reports in minutes that would otherwise take a long time to create. Onboarding process is also very smooth and comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations that would be useful are not available - like social listening for competitors on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting social posts for our primary ICP's and driving pipeline via organic social

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place.
User friendsly.
Easy to ask questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to reconnect accounts.
Customization for reports isn't available without spending more.
It was hard for my supervisor to setup my account at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPI Reporting is easier with the ability to select pereiods of time I want to report on.
Scheduling between multiple accounts.

A great platform that still has room to grow

What do you like best about the product?
The publisher is the most helpful for my work. The ability to schedule as many posts as needed across all platform weeks in advance takes a lot of work off my plate by allowing me to "set and forget".
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening section is great at times but it takes a tremendous amount of continuous long-term work to get the topics to a place that are manageable. If there was a way for ther platform to better filter out majority of the noise or integrate AI for listening recommendations/assistance, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization we are in the process of rebranding and trying to better understand different segments of our audience. Sprout's listening tool allows us to better follow these specific conversations or topics so that we can think about different ways of communicating pieces of content on our end.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility! Sprout seamlessly consolidates numerous tasks into one platform, simplifying the process of posting, planning, and brainstorming social media content and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I find it difficult to post to Instagram and TikTok from Sprout, mostly because of geotagging limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to manage running multiple social media platforms at once, taking a huge weight off my shoulders.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and the ability to quickly filter by highest and lowest performing posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. That LinkedIn access is limiting.
2. That smart inboxes can't be shared across workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It allows me and the team to be more productive.
2. It gives us a snapshot view of all the content scheduled.
3. Building and generating campaign reports is very intuitive.
4. The CSM team is sosupportive.

First Time User, And Much Easier Than I Thought it Would Be!

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics feature makes it really easy to monitor results. I normally screenshot analytics pages on the channels natively, but I will often forget and end up gathering analytics 5 days after I need to. With Sprout, I can easily choose dates and pull reports from whenever I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there is a lot going on. In the analytics feature, some of the features are hard to understand and at times I feel like the percentages have been slightly off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to pull reports for multiple clients, so this saves me hours of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and reporting. Ability to add tags to posts and generate automated reporting has been saving me lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the bugs when I am mentioning (tagging ppl) on facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram. the account i tag doesn't easily popup and has bugs

Sproutsocial helps schedule posts in optimal time and view it in a calendar and generate reports

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly, accessible, and gives us more opportunity to explore with our media business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to use it for personal Instagram accounts. But we make it work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to save time scheduling out posts for multiple clients, from our desktop, and seeing real results.
