What do you like best about the product?
One of the features I appreciate the most is the detailed reporting capabilities. For instance, the platform's robust analytics help me track engagement metrics across multiple social media accounts, allowing for data-driven decisions. The intuitive dashboard presents data in an easy-to-understand format, which has significantly reduced the time spent on reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the pre-built reports are useful, I often find myself needing more flexibility to tailor them to specific client needs. For instance, customizing the layout or adding unique metrics is not as straightforward as it could be. Moreover, the mobile app, while functional, lacks some features available on the desktop version, making it less convenient for on-the-go management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of efficiently managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platform for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. This benefits me by saving time, improving the consistency of our social media presence, and offering valuable insights that help refine our marketing strategies for better audience engagement and ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't want to know a world without Sprout Social at my fingertips. The ability to have a one-stop shop when it comes to managing and monitoring multiple social channels makes my life easier each and every day. Using the platform daily to manage content, it not only keeps me organized but offers an easy look at past, present and future when my administation has questions or would like to stay up to date about what's happened and what's to come. When I first joined my organization, Sprout Social was not an in-house tool at our disposal. We quickly changed that with a seemless integration, and our results in the first year have been night and day.
What do you dislike about the product?
While no platform is perfect, this one is close. There are some little things I would love to see happen. We did have an issue when it came to follower counts on LinkedIn, and the solution from support, still to this day, irks me a little bit becase it wasn't really a solution as much as it was an integration issue that LinkedIn allows (or doesn't allow). It's not a big issue, but one that continually will throw off true follower counts so it makes me blink and think twice to remember each time I'm pulling reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to have a one-stop platform for each of the social platforms we use across our various entities and accounts. The amount of time saved when it comes to reports, posting and listening is time I would spend and lose hour after hour without Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
The social media calendar is well organized with a good flow of features. It is easy to integrate platforms and the reporting is very helpful and insightful. They also do a lot of training and video tutorials and webinars that are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any social media scheduler, it lacks the full suite of features that I can get by posting straight from the individual apps themselves. But I notice more features being added all the time to combat this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social keeps all my assets and schedules and social media analysis tools in one place for easy access and high level of organization.

What do you like best about the product?
In the 2 years Ive been using Sprout, I found it easy to implement multiple brands, and setup reports for myself and stakeholders, and helpful tool for analysis. I use Sprout weekly and monthly while our content team launches daily/weekly and has many features for scheduling in advance. The feedback, recommendations, questions and support, are really good about assuring communication with customers. Modifying their platform to include helpful suggestions or resolve strugglesome areas is very much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The combined paid and organic data in some instances can be cumbersome to hover and review which items are being included in the comparisons. (Most likely due to 3rd party metric setups). Sprout handles these well and updates their software accordingly in most cases, without an entire platform overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visibility and performance, measuring and analysis. It helps consolidate majority of the social platforms into 1 reporting section for assessment. A few arent yet available.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Sprout Social is the smart inbox because it's really intuitive and allows me to view conversations online in real time. This feature is incredibly useful for managing incidents or crises and helps me keep up with day-to-day conversations around our brand or key terms. It makes it easy to report back to stakeholders and ensures that I'm on top of everything. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, thanks to the account manager who helped us get everything set up and the useful help articles available through the Sprout Social portal.

I use Sprout Social to keep everything social in one place, from reporting to publishing to customer support. It helps me manage all these tasks from one dashboard, making it really useful for a social media manager who works across teams and regions.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly platform, i find we need little training to jump in and start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see further reporting to dig deeper, especially in paid advertising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we could schedule our content natively in the social platforms themselves, we prefer to use more efficient tools, like Sprout to help inform our marketing, while saving us time.

What do you like best about the product?
THE SMART INBOX! Absolutely love the smart inbox. I love that includes all notifications from all of your connected channels. It is perfect to be able to sift through comments and messages every morning and see them all in one place. I use Sprout every day around the clock. Also love the optimized post times. It really helps spreading posts out especially because we post 4-7 times a day. We are able to prioritize content based on the day with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The discrepancy between Facebook followers shown on Sprout vs. on Facebook itself is definitely frustrating. We would really like to know our true reach and audience and it would really help us to see how much we've grown. Really hoping this will be resolved soon. I would also love to be able to tag on Instagram through Sprout, like have the options/suggested accounts show up when you type @ like it does for Facebook and Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps us assist members that have any kind of trouble registering for our events and programs. Sprout has become more than a social media management and scheduling tool. It is also a major hub for customer service for us. We are able to answer questions and resolve things in the moment rather than making members call our customer service line or waiting for an email reply.

Great social media platform, especially for healthcare

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a clean, simple and intuitive interface and main navigation. It makes it easy for new users to learn. At the same time the tool is feature packed and customizable. I love the reporting section and how easy it is to sort and filter with quick responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CSM support could be improved. The CSMs get reassigned every year or two even if they don't leave the company. As soon as one gets to know us, they leave the account and then a new person is asking all the same intro exploratory questions again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox is a huge timesaver by bringing all the social comments and messages into a single feed. The analytics bring consistency to the different platforms that is lacking on native reporting. The reports filtering is very fast and responsive and there are a lot of great options to fliter by. Publishing is efficient, and the ability to customize roles and complex approval work flows is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar and posting options. The calendar makes it so easy to see what we have planned for upcoming campaigns and what still needs to be done. We don't use some of the features as much as we could or should, like all the data information, but it is super helpful that have that information there if I want to know what type of posts are getting the most interaction. I also like how you can see the most popular times to post. Starting to use Sprout was also very easy and when I have had questions, customer support has been great. I use Sprout almost every day to make sure I'm staying current with our social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only issue i've run into, is the cropping feature for images or getting images to be the right size for Instagram. I wish there was a scale button, instead of only the crop feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue with social media was making sure every platform was getting information posted on it, while staying consistent with branding and messages. Now since we can post to all socials in one place, we haven't had to worry about missing a platform or if the captions/pictures are different.
