Sprout Social Handles Almost Everything

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule and manage large amounts of my corporate social media in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain specific (dedicated) social media features aren't available in Sprout and must be done on the individual network itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an easy to use tool making publishing and scheduling social posts a breeze. It is integrated with all traditional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn. I use Sprout daily to schedule content, check analyitcs and view comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to see back in the calendar publishing mode futher than one year and have access to post over 10 photos in Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized analytics that are easy to digest.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to eave comments under each post to communicate with my team

I think the dashboard could be a little more organized

Sprout Social helps us to post our LinkedIn content and provides us with analytics to see how we perform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is by far my preference to other similar tools. It's extremely user friendly, has a clear design and UX without any unneccessary functions. I find the scheduling and planning very easy. For social reporting, I am able to quickly create and pull the information I need. And it's been handy for analyzing social conversations when having crises.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to analyze the performance of the same post across the multiple social channels it goes live on. And I'd like to be able to copy and paste tags when tagging different posts. And to select multiple tags at once without the dropdown closing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media publishing, reporting and listening. I love being able to do all of this in one tool.

Amazing features and performance!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very efficient and well organized. I appreciate the amount of filters it has and how much insight it gives me on my work. It's great to analyze how the posts are doing all across the world. The customer support is also fast to fix what its needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while for the whole integration and a bit more than expected to learn how to use it. I didn't find it so intuitive on how to use every tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps simplifying the tasks that would take way longer to finish without the platform. It is great to make better decisions on what will engage because of the analytics it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social makes it easy to respond to and interact with our followers across platforms, as well as coordinate cases with internal staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about sprout is that you can't export the contact lists into a CRM database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying interaction with customers across multiple channels.

What do you like best about the product?
It takes all the work of running around 16+ social media accounts and streamlines it into one simple hub! Huge help for understaffed Sports Info Departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't found a single thing to dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost acting as mutilple employees in a sense. Streamlining the social media management and analytics process!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows our team to work across 6 states all in one place. From managing hundreds of social accounts, users, scheduling content, collaboration and so much more. It makes our every day work so much more efficient and easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully there isn't much to dislike. We would like a few more capabilities on the app but generally those features are not always needed and more accessible on desktop anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves cross collaborating across several teams, allows for brand approvals and brand consistency. It also saves a ton of time in day to day work.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has saved us so much time and money over the years. It's become such an integral part of our daily process. The team works flawlessly within the software and then it makes our communication with clients super clear and removes any question about content calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way for clients to comment on a post using the link they are provided so they can leave comments on posts to provide feedback in one place without having to be a paying member of the team. It doesn't make sense to pay $200 a month for a client to leave feedback, but if this were to become a free feature, it would be amazing! Like comments in Canva.

I'd love more one on one learning opportunities for our team so we can make sure we're using the entire software at its fullest capability. I want to be able to ask questions as they come up. I know they showed us around when we first signed up but now after being a customer for 3 years I'm ready to build on what we've been using Sprout for up to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is always ahead of the curve coming up with new and exciting features that help us level up our businesses and services we provide to our client.

Post scheduling across platforms + analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot delete an Instagram post once published within Sprout — I always need to log into Instagram to do this. Limited to add 3 collab requests (app allows 5).
