Reliable Support, Smooth Setup, But Limited Basic Plan
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's reliable customer support. The initial setup was also very smooth, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the basic plan has limited features. The lower tier plan misses many useful tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pre-saved replies feature in Sprout Social as it helps make conversation with clients more efficient. I also find the setup process very fast, which is a great advantage.

I think the mobile app needs improvement because the features are limited.

Great tool for insights & efficiency but the tech can fail frequently!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sprout is the data insights it provides (when the APIs are working). From our experience the data is the most in depth and comprehensive of the scheduling softwares that play "nicely" with all social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team can be really slow and honestly cannot replicate or fix issues very often. There are tons of outages and failed feeds too. It seems to glitch a lot.

As an agency, Sprout allows us to create, schedule, monitor and manage all of our client social channels in a streamlined way.
Sprout Social: The Ultimate Sidekick for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout Social for almost a decade across multiple brands. I've actually requested it as a tool as an employment contingency I find it so vital. Sprout makes managing multiple channels in one place a breeze. Publishing and scheduling is flawless and Reports are a job-maker. I've grown to appreciate Social Listening on a whole other level. End-to-end, Sprout is an excellent sidekick for any social media manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their Social Listening could pull audio from places like Instagram and TikTok since brands are not typically mentioned specifically in written captions. The Reports/Analytics can get a bit clunky if you're trying to separate organic and paid metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most social media managers are posting across several channels and/or accounts and Sprout's publishing suite is a time-saver. Additionally, having straight-forward and insightful analytics allows me to report my program's impact to colleagues, stakeholders and leadership with ease.
Effortless Social Media Management with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has everything I need to manage my social media accounts! I've been using Sprout for 5 years now and will never go back to the other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are staying up to date with the tools by including an AI tool. I have not had much time using it but plan to in the future! I also think they're always listening to customer feedback in the reports sections and making updates to improve the features.
