Case Creation Makes Access and Replies Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The option to create cases for easier access and replies.

As of right now , it takes upto 2 minutes for a message to reflect on the platform.

Enhances Social Listening with User-Friendly Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the tagging capabilities of Sprout Social and love the metrics it pulls. The initial setup was very user intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Smart Inbox could be better organized. It would be helpful to separate it by immediate concerns and rate it by most positive and negative comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social listening with the Smart Inbox, providing metrics/data, and tagging all of our social posts.
Easy Way to View All Your Social Media Platforms in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of which you can view all different social media platforms

Sometimes attachments and links are hard to view

I use sprout for my customer service job and it does wonders in seeing all my customers needs and helping me resolve them
Overpriced. Poor Customer Service.
What do you like best about the product?
I was never able to log in to Sprout Social. I only received correspondence via email from Sprout Employees. My teammate used it, and said it is comparable to other social media management platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is extremely overpriced. We are also being held to a contract that was not signed by our company and a subscription that auto-renewed with no notice to our team. We will be going with a different company that offers the exact same service for a fraction of the price and that provides a higher level of customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spout Social is not solving our problems. Rather, they are giving us problems to solve on our own.
Efficient Multi-Channel Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform and how easy it is to use. It's straightforward to post across multiple social media channels and then customize for each one if needed. This really saves me time and helps me manage 6 channels. I also appreciate being able to focus more on content creation rather than worrying about scheduling and posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights aren't very detailed. I sometimes get emails about channels being disconnected from my account that need reconnecting, but when I click into the platform nothing is awry.

Sprout Social helps me schedule posts ahead of time, easily manage what's set to post each week, and maintain posting across 6 channels efficiently, freeing up time for content creation.
Streamlines Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to manage my brand's social media accounts. Because of Sprout, I don't have to manually schedule content in each platform. I love having a place where all of our community management lives with the smart inbox so that I can easily do all our community management in one place, not having to go from platform to platform. I love having everything in one place, and the reps are also super helpful. The reporting is something I use very often, and I think it works really well for my needs. Being able to build out customized reports is fantastic. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening tool is something I really don't understand and don't think does a great job of pulling what I need. It doesn't seem accurate for tracking hashtag campaigns in the past, so we have stopped doing those altogether because of it. On my Sprout app on my phone, I can see things that are trending on social under the publishing tab, and I can't find that in the desktop version and I wish it was there because it's super helpful. Right now, we're doing a campaign where we're trying to go in and find stories across our platforms from the years and I want to be able to filter our smart inbox by messages that contain images, but that's something I'm not able to do that would make my life 1000000x easier.

I use Sprout Social to manage my brand's social media, eliminating the need to manually schedule content on each platform. The smart inbox centralizes community management, and I love the efficiency of having everything in one place. Customized reporting is also a fantastic feature for me.
Easy Publishing & Spot-On Listening with Smart Spam Filtering
What do you like best about the product?
I love the publishing and listening features. For Publishing, I really enjoy the entire set up, calendar view, ease of use and capabilities (preview, tagging, ect.). For Listening, it is spot-on. I love how the program differentiates spam versus true content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more capabilities for LinkedIn analytics (competitor insights, listening tools, ect).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm run out social media program and this is making my life 10x easier. To be able to schedule and time out for each separate platform with a reliable program saves me so much time.

I use Sprout Social for managing social media accounts of five different companies, and I really like the easy posting abilities it offers. It's great to manage multiple accounts in one easy place. The initial setup was very easy, and everything works great with Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
The unified Smart Inbox makes tracking mentions and responding to messages across multiple networks incredibly efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a significant factor. We considered social listening tools, but the cost was prohibitive at this time.

Streamline social customer service; consolidating everything into one view improved response times, allowing for a more cohesive and professional support experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration of all my social profiles in one place.

The app is clunky and difficult to use for things such as duplicating a post for a different platform.

Managing analytics and creating internal campaigns and tags in order to simplify analytics for very specific campaigns and data.
