What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can tag accounts when creating a post and that I can preview what it will look like across platforms. Also like that I can message fellow users on the platform to review a specific post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more functional reporting or an easier way to see a list of posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily schedule posts in Sprout and have the whole team be able to review them. I can add links to Instagram posts through this platform and first comments.

What do you like best about the product?
The record keeping tool is great and you are able to see a preview of the actual AD or postings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the numbersb of users is limited because of price
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially the compliance dept was not getting the emails for approvals but it was fixed, by adding a new user.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using it to schedule posts, especially being able to tag and view post performance via category! Very easy to streamline the approval process between me and my manager. I use this platform everyday to to check post performance, as well as schedule new content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ad account integration is a bit difficult across multiple accounts and can get in the way of the new boosted posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily allows us to create posts and have them checked by other members of the team, and allows us insights across multiple profiles.

A Great Tool for Social Media Marketing, Planning, and Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most valuable tools for us is the reporting functions within Sprout! We've tried other marketing tools before and have not found one with the depth of information that Sprout reporting gives in such an easy-to-understand way. Another thing that is super helpful is the optimal send time suggestions. This is one of the things that we use to have to go find manually or make our best guess but Sprout has it built in for you! We have been users of Sprout for almost five years now and our team uses it daily to manage social media for more than 20 clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes communication is lacking when there are issues. For example, we've been having some issues with our reporting (which is unfortunate because it's one of our favorite things about Sprout) and after reaching out we found out it was a known issue but we had heard nothing about it. Another thing that would be super helpful is if we could schedule content to recycle or repeat automatically without having to schedule it individually or manually put in the repeat dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is allowing us to schedule out our social media campaigns for clients on a month-to-month basis which means we don't have to worry about remembering to post something or figure out what to post. It is also allowing us to show our clients why their social media presence is important via reporting. Sprout is also working on making client approvals easier from within the platform! We are excited to see how this feature continues to evolve.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user-friendly and support is easy to reach.

The paid vs. organic metrics can be confusing/feel unclear.

Having everything in one place under one umbrella—scheduling, community management, analytics—helps keep me organized and work efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, and quick snapshot views.
Fantastic support from our dedicated team.
Easy for my entire team to use, quickly get educated on the benefits of the platform, and the breadth of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all tools, there's always room for more features to be integrated. An ideal world would be we have all of our strategy and social listening tools in one comprehensive dashboard; however, not all tools easy integrate with one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to have quick snapshots of results at our fingertips whenever we need to hop on calls and talk through our content, results, reporting, engagement, etc.

Great Scheduling Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like bulk editing, and scheduling. I like the notes option, I use it regularly. And the reporting tools. It's easy to use and learn about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that AI was intigrated in some ways to the base features.
I wish that there was more goal oriented options that were unique to my businesses.
I wish that it was funner to use. (More gameified)
I wish I could schedule facebook stories to the facebook page only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lumps everything into one place and disifers the reporting for me so I don't have to.

The best social scheduling platform that anyone can use

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use. I have successfully trained individuals with minimal social experience to operate it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the connectors do not offer complete end-to-end functionality. For instance, the Instagram Reels connector only supports certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout truly feels like a one-stop shop. I appreciate having everything centralized—scheduling, listening, and the inbox feed are all easily accessible in one place. While it's true that other products offer similar features, I find Sprout's layout especially intuitive and user-friendly.

Practical and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since Sprout was implemented in our social media operation, it has been a game changer in terms of agility and practicality. Since we have other tools aligned with Sprout, the visualization of social media cases has been optimized, and it is now easier to treat them and reply to customers. We thought it would be a pain to implement another tool into our routine but it has been the easiest one so far. Very intuitive to use, and has some nice guides for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
When integrated into other products (like, in my case, Salesforce) the refresh rate can be quite annoying at times. When opening up social media posts, sometimes we are not able to find recent info (new tweets, replies from customers) because there is a delay of 5-6 hours until the feed refreshes. Social media replies also don't follow much of a pattern when they are up in Sprout... some times we send replies to customers and they show up right away, other times they take just as much as the time mentioned above. This happens very often but since our demand is medium to high, this hasn't been a proper issue but it is indeed something to be looked up to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made the visualization of social media posts a lot easier. For my role, I have guidelines, procedures, and a certain timeframe to reply to customers, any minute I can save is valuable and worthy. Before the implementation of Sprout, I (and other coworkers) used to take a lot of time to open sources/links one by one inside Salesforce, and now this time was cut by half because Sprout provides us with everything when integrated into SF. Now we can visualize tweets and posts without having to open external links, we can reply to customers fast and since I also take part in approving posts to be up in our social media, it has become a lot easier to filter replies from our local team and analyze them with more care.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean and intuitive interface of Sprout Social, reminiscent of Apple's design approach, which makes it not overwhelming to use and enhances navigability. I appreciate its nuanced tagging capabilities, which allow for detailed content categorization. The AI tools integrated into Sprout Social are incredibly beneficial, as they assist in various tasks and ensure accessibility. I particularly enjoy the ease of multi-platform management functionality, helping me manage multiple social media accounts seamlessly. The tool’s scheduling features are fantastic, allowing me to timely schedule social posts and view schedules at a glance, making the planning of campaigns and performance analysis efficient. The flexibility of Sprout Social is another standout feature, as it enables us to continue using it successfully even in the face of budgetary constraints, which exemplifies its value and utility. Overall, Sprout Social is a wonderful tool that I highly recommend, having personally advocated for its continued use due to its comprehensive capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if Sprout Social could add Bluesky. I find the tagging of user profiles hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for timely scheduling of social posts, running campaigns, and determining performance, benefiting from its clean interface and multi-platform management.
