Sprout has been a great tool to schedule post, access reporting and save time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling tool and the way you can view exactly what the post will look like for each platform in advance. I also like that you can tag people directly from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not hav eany negative feedback regarding Sprout. We have a base level account and it has provided the tools that I need to manage our companys social media channels efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to load post on holidays. Content planning and calendar view.
I use Sprout Social daily to monitor and schedule posts for multiple social media accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to schedule and post to multiple channels right from the dashboard. It's also very good for monitoring our channels and hearing what people are saying about our brand. I prefer how the feed (inbox) looks compared to other social media listening tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a bit clunky with regards to Instagram, especially when posting multiple photos. Also, I should be able to enter alt text for Instagram via Sprout but have to post directly from IG if I want to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It condenses all my accounts and channels into one place. In addition to posting to multiple accounts, I also monitor our brand through dozens of accounts that other users manage. If someone mentions us, I can see it and respond as necessary. Also, I like the email feature so I can forward questions or issues to subject matter experts when I need assistance.
Comprehensive posting & reporting vehicle
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts about Sprout Social is the visibility it creates for others on my team to see our social content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of features we would like to access are cost-prohibitive, and we aren't always clear until we need to use the tool - that we don't have access to it on our plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am very excited that we can schedule on Threads now! I am also thrilled that we can schedule to Instagram without needing to do the push on our phones. I am not sure if this was already the case, and I discovered it by accident. By happy, regardless.
Excellent tool for all things social
What do you like best about the product?
As an employee of a company that obtains various social media accounts, Sprout is an excellent tool that provides organized & detailed reporting. The bandwidth provided by the Sprout team helps us analyze best practices for each of our pages. Plus, the Smart Inbox helps maximize response time for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches in the app such as missing posts in reporting. There have been cases when we've posted reels natively on Instagram or Facebook and they aren't included in tagged post reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to provide campaign performance reports to our leadership team, track competitors and customer sentiment with Sprout's Listening Tool, and reduce customer response time through Sprout inbox.
An easy to use platform for all of our social media needs.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use! From publishing to reporting, their training on each tool is comprehensive and the in-platform design is easy to navigate to explore all of the options available to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside our team has currently is that we have only one person on the team that is able to reconnect social platforms, edit tags, etc. We would love to all have access to larger features like this to streamline work on our various brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to publish across all platforms seamlessly, while also collecting accurate data across social platforms for all of our weekly, monthly, and campaign reports.
Effortless to Implement, Navigate, & Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to implement, navigate, and learn how to use. All of the various sections of Sprout provide the necessary tools anyone in customer engagement or social media NEEDS in order to perform well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. After 6 months of using Sprout Social, I haven't found any flaws in user interface or usability. It's awesome all around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we utilized a competitor's software to schedule social posts in advance - and that was really all it was able to do. Sprout has allowed us to dive deeper into our analytics to determine what content aligns with our business goals and to continue to enhance it. Reporting is made easy - and is even automated.
Easy to use and always evolving
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is so user-friendly and it's consistently updating its features. I use it daily and it was easy to implement and integrate into our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Sprout Social! The only thing I have to complain about is that its price is inaccessible to most small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is great at aggregating the separate platforms, making it easy to respond to messages and comments. Scheduling posts and generating alt text has never been easier than with Sprout!
Sprout for Small Business Owners
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easily I can schedule out posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features can make info too granular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with multiple clients and Sprout allows me to schedule out posts in advance so I don't have to stress.
Easy to use and really good customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the customer support team is easily accessible via chat
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow us to do video and still graphics in the same IG post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to bulk schedule and to quickly pull stats for reports.
