Makes daily posting from several social platforms a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to post from all of our company's social media accounts on one platform, making daily social posting more time effective and seamless. I also really enjoy the optimal time feature. Posting at recommended optimal times has helped us achieve positive growth in many of our social platform analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is when posting on multiple platforms, you can't do it all at once to get the optimal posting time for each individual platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves us significant time posting from several different social platforms daily. It allows our team to allocate that time to other important tasks. The ability to schedule out social posts from different platforms in one spot is extremely helpful. It also suggests optimal times to post on each social platform which has helped our social analytics grow on several accounts.
Ultimate Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a comprehensive social media management tool that offers a variety of fantastic features:
- The platform provides in-depth analytics and customizable reports, which help me understand my social media performance and audience engagement.
- I can schedule posts across multiple social media platforms and the platform also suggests optimal posting times based on audience engagement data. Which is one of my favourite features!
- Sprout integrates with various other tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Bitly, and customer support platforms, which helps my team create a more cohesive marketing strategy.
- While I don't use this service much at all it still seems like Sprout's implementation is great. The Smart Inbox consolidates messages from all connected social media accounts into a single stream, making it easier to manage and respond to customer inquiries and interactions.
- Interface is user-friendly.
- Plentiful resources.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike:
- Would be using their social listening tools if they werent so pricey. Competitors are significantly cheaper.
- I am unable to get competitor reports for LinkedIn.
- Despite its super user-friendly interface, there can be a learning curve for new users, particularly for those who are not familiar with social media management tools.
- Sprout is expensive, especially for small businesses or individuals. Its pricing plans may be out of reach for some users compared to other more affordable social media management tools. However, the plethora of features, tools, reporting, analytics, and resources make it highly worth it for bigger enterprises.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem for me and likely for most people is the social media management: Sprout provides a unified platform to manage all social media accounts, streamlining posting, monitoring, and engagement processes. This relieves the stress of posting to every social platform indivually, and drafting posts for weeks ahead of time is a huge convenience.
All-In-One Solution
What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly making improvements based on the feedback they receive from users, it's super user-friendly, and the team is always happy to help out in any way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey, so may only be accessible to medium/large companies. But honestly it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global compay, so having all accounts and regional social media managers in one place has been game-changing for us. It improves collaboration, order, and overall management.
Sprout's Tagging Feature is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Tags! And Reporting!
We use tags across multiple social profiles & platforms allowing us to pull detailed reports that can be shared with our cleints, all while saving us hours of time each week.

What do you dislike about the product?
Platform disconnections occur regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling Intellogence: The sprout scheduling feature provides best available times to post which increases views & interactions.
Reporting: We previously spent hours pulling stats, we are now able to quickly pull complete/accurate reports for our clients.

Time saver for small business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to preschedule posts at their suggested optimal times is a fantastic tool to help me plan my social media strategy. I also really appreciate the Smart Inbox where I can see all comments and reactions to posts across all of our social media platforms. I love the reports and comparisons! Top posts reports are essential to review for future planning and outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would like to be able to preschedule Stories for IG from my desktop with the ability to add links and have the same flexibility with them as I do in the IG app (I know that can defeat the purpose of live, instant updates, but it's great for limited ticket sales and other notifications that aren't needed as a post). We're a small business and most of us cover many jobs so I'm not just doing the social media here. I'd like to not have to use my cell phone to post Stories when I can do everything else from my desktop with SproutSocial. One stop for all needs is preferred. That goes for reactions and comments for IG as well, as there's currently only the option to respond (no likes, loves, laughs, or wows reaction button options).
Thanks!
Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social seems to be getting better and updating their site often without changing the layout, which I greatly appreciate. The introduction of AI writing assist for the posts is also helpful when we're having a day.
Reliable tool + great for analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Compared to other popular social media monitoring tools on the market, Sprout's servers are very reliable and rarely down. They also offer great analytic tools to create performance reports. Tech service is always very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Few small quirks, like the inability to make X threads within the application or tag users in X images. Also you can't add alt text on Instagram either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to log into all the platforms my company leverages, instead it is all in one place. Makes it easier to post, monitor comments and replies, and to gather analytics.
Well rounded platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease it takes to duplicate a post and schedule on another platform. I also like to have everything in one place for all my channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that Sprout has a lot to offer, and I have not tapped into the full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest help is the ease of duplicating a post and adjusting it for another platform. I also really enjoy the schedule ability with optimal times.
Sprout Social is a strong platform with depth that rewards exploring the site independently
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes daily scheduling and monitoring of social media post performance across multiple platforms easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's customer service often leaves something to be desired, especially if you're in a rush.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduling across multiple platforms much more streamlined as well as comparing what works on which platform.
Feature-rich all in one social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post to mulitple platforms simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
It could definitely be more intuitive; some features are more difficult to maneuver through, and getting to some places in the program is a little convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly being able to make a post and send it out to multiple social media platforms simultaneously, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. This saves me a ton of time each week. The Smart Inbox feature also allows me to quickly view all interactions/messages/comments on the various platforms all in one place. I can reshare, like, comment and DM all from one spot vs. going into each native platforms inbox.
Though not personally used by me, Sprout has a robust task assigment and approval process allowing tasks to be assigned and approved by an administrator before allowing publishing. This has the ability to expedite workflows across multiple people within an organization.

Streamlined Social Media Posting with Powerful AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's AI features because they make posts a little different, allowing me to quickly change them up for different social networks and adjust the tone to be right for each platform. I appreciate how it streamlines the amount of social posting I have to do weekly, monthly, and yearly, saving me quite a bit of time. The initial setup was easy and worked really well from the get-go. Overall, it makes things so much easier than having to post on each social network individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything on Sprout that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for client social media, streamlining my social posting and saving time. The AI features help make posts a little different for each network, ensuring the right tone.
