Sprout is an incredible platform with little bad to say
What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best feature of Sprout Social has to be the Reports tab! It simplifies the process of highlighting key metrics and benchmarking against competitors, turning what would take hours of manual work into instant insights. It’s a game-changer for efficient, data-driven decision-making!
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Sprout is that a lot of great features are hidden behind a price wall including listening and advanced analytics. Our team would love to take advantage of these featrues but can't justify the price increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our executive team has recently been asking for more detailed data on our digital marketing efforts, especially social media. Sprout Social has been a lifesaver, providing easy access to clear, actionable data that simplifies showcasing the ROI and impact of social media to executives. It’s made navigating these conversations far more efficient and impactful!
Reliable service that allows for multi-team integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is always trying to stay up-to-date with trends or emerging platforms. Also, I do like the platform user roles and restrictions that make it possible to have different workflows/approvals and silo out social channels that one team member may not be using.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where service is slow to respond/diagnose an issue (e.g., when analytics are off in a report, it can take days to hear back and uncover the source of the issue and get an answer, all while a client may be waiting on feedback).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us streamline content management across multiple accounts, and helps alleviate our reporting processes.
Sprout Social for Content Management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the oganization and collaboration Sprout Social provides, as well as the ability to preview what your post will look like. Our company also relies on the social media reporting element to track our metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when the platform is buggy, such as posting the same thing twice, or not sending the post through at all and not appearing in the "failed posts" section. However, this is not a frequent occurance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social offers a comprehensive solution for tracking stats across our various social media platofrms.
Central location to control all our social media channels
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to scheudle posts on multiple platforms in just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of what I dislike about Sprout social, nothing comes to mind at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of being able to have multiple users have acces to our social channels without needing to give them invidual access to the channels.
A must have for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
Internal analytics, dynamic scheduling and content notes. We also enjoy the Advocacy platform that is integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some "premium" analytics are basic and should be included for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics help me benchmark our efforts across paid and organic.
Sprout Social is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to moderate all social media platforms in one consolidated place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I cannot prioritize comments to my specifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing all social media platform comments being fed to me, as they come in, helps me connect with my most recent members and future members.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Sprout Social to post my content for most of our social platforms. I also value the customer support we receive montly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to post on TikTok or reply to the comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving my customer service and crisis communications problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how comprehensive it is, covering most social feeds. It's intuitive and easy to use. I enjoy its many features, especially the ability to track campaigns and do reporting. The customer support is also fantastic and timely. I use it on a daily basis for my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see clicks for our link in bio services as an integrated part of reporting. I also wish their scheduling API was more robust for Youtube and Tiktok, and for short form video generally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to push out more content in an intentional way. It's also making it easier for me to report on my KPIs.
Been using sprout for 6 years and LOVE IT!
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling content. Responding to DM's from all our sites in our spot. Custom reports. User friendly experience. Easy to learn and use for my team. Great data! Social Listening. Task workflow proccess. Pulls in realtime data. The number of features offered with teh advanced analytics plan. LOVE ALL THE DEMOGRAPHIC AND INSIGHTS ON OUR AUDIENCE!
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting discrenpcies with paid and non paid KPI's happen often. No influencer integration. No where to search for new ambassadors or inflluencers on the platform. Account Managers take longer than preffered to respond when an Issue arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout offers in-depth analytics that displays feedback on how your social content is performing and what content performs best. The platform makes reporting easy, you are able to track and understand your performance using its analytics.Custom Reports is a huge feature for us! We love the custom reports feature and use it weekly if not more! We are able to schedule all of our content on multiple social media platforms ahead of time and it effortlessly automates and publlishes the content to the platform when approved for scheduled. Sprout streamlines your workflow by offering Team Collaboration. This tool allows for real time communication with your team members. You Can also see and respondd to all your feedback in one place. The smart inbox feature is perfect for brands who oversee multiple brands under one corporation. This allows for my social team to see all facebook messages, IG comments, IG DM's etc.
Smart, Simple and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its a global tool. It's so helpful to have an SMM tool that works across our regions so seamlessly. All users shared that is was very easy to get trained on the tool and to ensure max visibility. Customer support is also one thing I enjoy about Sprout, there is always someone there to help when my team or myself has questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the employee advocacy side had more robust features. There are some little things that could be done to make major impacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no management tool before Sprout so the platform has been a game changer for my team and our regional teams. We now have increased visibility across teams and little to no mistakes are happening now.
