Best Social Media Platform!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has truly streamlined my social media experience. Its user-friendly interface and intuitive features have made sharing posts across multiple platforms seamless. One standout feature for me has been the ability to upload items directly from Canva. This integration has been a game-changer, allowing me to create visually engaging content in Canva and seamlessly import it into Sprout Social. It's incredibly convenient and has saved me a significant amount of time. Overall, Sprout Social has proven to be an invaluable tool for managing my social media presence efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Sprout Social has been overwhelmingly positive, with few downsides to speak of. While I've encountered occasional issues with my social media accounts becoming unlinked, these instances have been rare and quickly resolved with the help of Sprout Social's responsive support team. Overall, Sprout Social has proven to be an invaluable tool for streamlining my social media efforts, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their online presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to Use With Good Features

What do you like best about the product?
It is super simple to get set up and start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more reporting features, like the ability to set goals or choose the breakdown for time (i.e. - graphs by month or quarter)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to easily categorize our posts for analyzing strengths and opportunities. The reporting tools are helpful for creating dashboards to continually monitor performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamlessly everything is integrated within Sprout. It's a one-stop shop for pretty much everything. I can create a post for Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin at the same time and then make tweaks to each individual post to tailor it to the platform. I can manage Instagram bio links easily. I can use tags to make reporting and tracking easier. I can reply to comments and tags in one place. I can manage our brand's reputation using social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that creative features, like designing and creating instagram stories with stickers, tags, etc., or even the posts in general (like video editing), was available on Sprout. Also all the cool features are all sold seperately and super expensive. I also wish it could send push notifications to my desktop about activity (like comments, likes, mentions, etc.) in real time. I also wish the social listening feature had real-time alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me manage several social media platforms as a single person social media team. It definetly saves me time when creating posts, listening to the conversations occuring online about our brand, generating reports, and interacting with members.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling content across multiple platforms on Sprout Social. In the calendar view, I can plan out my next month using notes which makes it super simple when I go in to schedule out content. The ability to connect SproutLink in Bio for Instagram makes sharing links across that platform quick and easy.

I also love the social inbox feature. Through the social inbox, I can interact with and respond to comments and messages. I can also easily block spammers, hide comments when necessary, and assign comments or messages to a co-worker or client to respond. I use this function every day, multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if the Google Analytics feature was simpler to use. I wish I could create a queue that would recycle posts until certain dates for each post. For example, one post would recycle in the queue until 9/20, while others would recycle in the queue until other dates designated by post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes social media management efficient and simple. From responding to comments and messages to scheduling out content, the functionality allows me to manage multiple accounts from one site.

The reporting on Sprout also allows me to evaluate the effectiveness of social campaigns as well as communicate those results to my clients.

Sometimes, the reports are lacking features that I feel should be available in the basic packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the issue of managing multiple channels at the same time and allowing us to schedule posts weeks and months out. It also allows us to use different voices based on the channel and the AI features allows us to make sure we are getting a clear message to our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has all of the social media tools you need in one place. It makes scheduling content easy, keeping track of inbox messages efficient, and implementing an employee advocacy strategy with your company flawless. It works great for our team! We use this tool every day!

The customer support has been fantastic too. Our customer rep is always one email away and gets back to us with answers fast. We found this tool easy to integrate into our every day working lives!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is a pricey investment, so it truly depends from company to company if this is a tool you can afford to implement into your strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the reports to make strategic decisions on what content to post going forward. We can sort by engagements and more.

It also has been a great tool to get our employee advocacy tool off the ground and running. I really like using the newsletter feature as well.

Not being able to schedule the same post across multiple channels in one shot. Calendar view is a little wonky. Often run into issues where posts don't go through.

Ability to schedule posts in advance and keep somewhat of a running calendar across several accounts all in one place.
