Easy to Use, Straightforward Platform with Helpful Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use. Everything is straightforward, and it’s simple to reach out to customer service whenever I need extra help or a clearer explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the interface got an update at some point. I feel like the reporting areas could provide a little bit more info too and it would be great to be able to fully filter out paid influence from posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to have everything in one spot and I love being able to differentiate captions per network.
Sprout Social Makes it easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that everything I need to manage—reviews, comments, and so on—is all in one place. I don’t have to bounce between Facebook, then Instagram, then Google reviews every day. Instead, I can just go to one spot and take care of it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is that some sites continuously get disconnected and I have to reconnect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we mainly use it for reviews, messaging, and commenting, it’s been the most helpful tool for streamlining that process and keeping everything moving smoothly.
Easy Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have all posts planned for the month without having to manually post each day. I also like that I can duplicate posts for different social platforms. It's easy to use and I can easily share PDFs of the calendars. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes profiles get disconnected randomly. I'm hoping for improvements to keep profiles connected to Sprout Social or clearer instructions on how to prevent disconnections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me plan all my posts for the month without manual posting, duplicate posts across platforms, and share PDFs of calendars easily.
Practical Reports and Flexible Inbox Options, Great tool for multiple countries
What do you like best about the product?
The practicity of all the reports, the inbox options to answer, and the opportunity of having everything of digital mkt on one platform. Is really intuitive the way that you can know how to operate each module.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive if I want to connect more platforms, some management of the library (the saved texts for answers)

We work for the same retailer in different countries, Sprout allows to manage the posts, communications and give follow up to each country
Seamless Social Management with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I think Sprout Social is a fantastic tool for social media management. I really like that the website is easy to navigate and user-friendly, which makes it very straightforward to use. One feature I find extremely useful is being able to schedule social media posts by selecting the exact day and time, which makes it super easy to plan ahead. The setup was also a breeze; it only took a few minutes to create our account. Plus, having a welcome call with the team at Sprout Social was great because they were very helpful with onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Sprout Social

I use Sprout Social primarily for scheduling posts. It allows me to select the exact day and time to publish, making it extremely easy to schedule in advance.
Streamlines Multi-Platform Content Posting Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly useful for content posting because it makes it easier than posting natively. I appreciate being able to post for multiple platforms and channels all in one space. I also like how user-friendly it is to learn and understand. I enjoy our monthly communication with our rep and the team that is always there to help with technical issues. Additionally, the setup for Sprout Social is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish API limitations didn't stop us from having to post in the app.

Simplifies Managing Multiple Social Platforms with a Small Team
What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies our ability to manage 8 different social media / variety of platforms with a small team. We use Sprout constantly since we purchased it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing learning about UTMS and utilizing the sprout tool that adds the links to attach to GA4. Oftentimes during our support tickets we did not receive very helpful information or guidance in this specific area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving hours of time spent scheduling across so many platforms for several different business units. Sprout makes it easy to manage all of our platforms and online feedback all from one place.
Easy Multi-Platform Inbox, Smooth Scheduling, and Simple Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy tool to go through inboxes for multiple platforms in one spot, the scheduling tool and how easy it is to make reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot schedule more than 10 assets for a carrousel, there is no mix of video and photos for Facebook. Also, if you manually publish something you have to tag each post individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social makes community management faster and scheduling content so much easier.
Comprehensive Social Media Management, Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media management, and I really like the UI. It's more appealing compared to using Meta. I also appreciate that they're receptive to feedback and have a great customer support team that tries their best to provide satisfactory results. It's helpful for monitoring different social pages that we own as a brand. The initial setup seemed fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the current plan I have now is working well for me, but unfortunately, in order to leverage more of their AI capabilities, I'd have to increase my plan. That doesn't work well for me; I feel like as a client I should have access to some AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media management, solving the issue of needing multiple platforms. It provides access to previous data and helps monitor our brand's social pages, with a better UI than Meta.
Instagram Planning Made Easy with Calendar View and Feed Previews
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to plan my social media posts in advance, especially on Instagram. It helps to see everything arranged in a calendar and also to view a preview of how the posts will appear on the feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the interface feel more complicated than they should, especially the reporting tools, and the publishing calendar can feel rigid. The mobile app, particularly the iPad version, falls short and feels limited compared with the desktop experience. It gets the job done, but it is not always as smooth or flexible as I expect for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines social media planning and execution. I no longer feel tied to my phone outside of work hours because it publishes posts for me across multiple accounts.
