Once familiar with product creates smooth processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love the detailed analytics that Sprout Social offers. As a social media specialist who has monthly analytics meetings with the social media team, I feel very confident in sharing my findings, what has worked and not worked in terms of social posts. I have seen how understanding analytics for our social media has helped in increasing engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't use Sprout Social for everything, e.g I'd like to add links to stories and customise stories in Sprout but this feature is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps to schedule posts quickly and easily. I like that I can schedule social post in advance in bulk, which allows me to focus on other aspects of my work.
Sprout is so helpful in saving me time by scheduling out our social medial posts.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts and the ability to move them around and edit them easily if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was the ability to post in Facebook groups but that is mostly an issue with Facebook not Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social give me a central point for most of my social media posting needs.
As a Social Media Manager that's used every platform, Sprout is GOATED.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout allows me and my team to participate in the social post review process seamlessly. I also love that I am able to depend on my content going live. I've never had a problem finding any tool that I need in the platform, and advanced reporting is AMAZING. Shanyah, my support contact is also top-notch. She is super responsive and always makes helpful suggestions, understanding that not every platform is for everyone. I am in Sprout every day and I can't recommend it enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
We also are often using the collaborator feature on Instagram, which bums me out that I can't use the Link in Bio feature on a post that was not posted by us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves our need for a reporting product, a tool for the social media approval process, and improves my reply time when responding to customer comments/questions, thanks to Smart Inbox.
Perfect for those who wear many hats
What do you like best about the product?
As a person who runs all the digital facing content in a small orginization, this is a must have tool. This makes engaging regularly with your audience easy. I use Sprout every day and it's absolutley essential to what I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule stories on social media. Sometimes the analytic reports have errors and I've run into a few issues with Sprout having issues posting and then deleting the scheduled content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to plan advanced content to fill up our page through the scheduling feature. Sprout has made running multiple social media accounts a breeze.
Great app
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, really simple scheduling for social posts and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time I didn't use the listening function, but I wish I got to explore this for reporting.

the convenience and how everything is very integrated and new things always happening. The customer service is great! Very responsive and having a rep helps very much

minor things I wish werent so buggy and that you could save projects from canva that lived in canva

being able to schedule across multiple platforms for the same user/businesses aand be able to go back in and see when things were scheduled
Sprout Social for Google Review Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout gathers all of our customers' Google Reviews into one place and makes it extremely easy to organize and respond to them. I use this feature daily and it really makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report pulling options for the Reviews portion could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps provide my team with a singular place to manage our customer interactions across our social platforms. It allows me to see their volume, while also providing me with the opportunity to pull reporting on this. As I also manage Google reviews myself, the Reviews tab also makes my job easier.
The best social media management solution on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency managing 30+ social media clients, Sprout Social makes it easy to share content, track trends, engage our community and provide reports. We've found it much more intuitive than other tools we've tried, and it's seamless to integrate into our existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only issue with Sprout Social over the 5+ years we've used the tool have been around the availability of help. We sometimes find that the live chat feature isn't working, or that our rep is a little delayed in replying to time-sensitive requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows our team to manage multiple clients across social media platforms, allowing us to be more time-efficient and responsive to our communities' needs.
Sprout is THE social tool for medium to large businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule one message to multiple accounts and customize each one. The reporting is phenomenal. I also appreciate the approval process for each post. It's also incredibly helpful to have one social inbox for multiple pages. Sprout offers great webinars and resources to help make your job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love the ability to send a post for approval to a person who is not a Sprout user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple social media pages and Sprout makes it easy to bring them all together under one roof to manage and analyze them. It's also great having one inbox for messages from multiple accounts.
Great Growth - Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one platform and my fingertips has given me time back to strategize content and breakdown KPIs, in return making our social strategy more effective and powerful. The employee Advocacy program has also been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to have great tools for DTC type use cases with not as many B2B feautres.
