Comprehensive and powerful platform for the right brands
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout is one singular platform to manage social media. There are countless features available in the platform to help streamline work for social media managers and their teams. The reporting and analytics is very helpful when looking for specific pieces of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to LinkedIn data, which can be challenging if that is the primary social media channel for you. Since there is so much you can do with the platform, it can also be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still navigating through the platform and learning how to use it. At this time it isn't benefiting me or not benefiting me, it is neutral.
A streamlined experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fantastic app, personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app missing some features such as limited publishing and missing LinkedIn notifications that show on the full desktop Smart Inbox but not in app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined all of our Social Media use into one login. Solved complicated approval processes across different departments. Allows us to schedule out.
Great customer service, network to connect and all-around best platform for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging feature allows me to quickly identify how posts from specific campaigns performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy of hashtag performance across social media. No integration of LinkedIn for social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to look at individual post performance, schedule posts ahead of time, and view campaign and page performance over time.
We Always Come Back to Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and they have great customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into a few errors in reporting metrics lately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the team to manage a variety of things in one place for multiple different clients. It saves a large amount of time!
Great for performance reports
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of reporting that it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one improvement that I would make would be, that I was able to post photos of different ratios in a carousel on Instagram. Currently when I post on Instagram through sprout, it crops my images to all be the same size.

Reaching out to followers about what we are doing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do EVERYTHING social related in this tool. We use it so much across teams and it is by far the best social tool for a social media manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any negatives at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management by being able to do everything in one place. And also being able to use the platform to create reports instead of doing it one off myself.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to more than one platform at a time. I can also keep an eye on what is scheduled when, across the platforms and by different users.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't edit the post through Sprout. You have to go to each platform. Also, if you want to delete a post, same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing social content. You can see all of them at one spot.
Lifesaver for a One Person Team
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social keeps me sane, and I am not exaggerating. As a one-person marketing and social media team, I am always up to my neck in tasks, and struggle with organization. Sprout Social's Smart Inbox is my lifeline- having all incoming messages from every account and network filed into one inbox ensures that I don't miss a single message. I also enjoy being able to tag and save messages to refer to later (it's great for mining UGC!). It integrates perfectly with the social platforms I use, and I use it to schedule posts daily. The reporting is robust, and I have all of the data I could ever need! Sprout's team is very responsive and personable, and I have never had to wait to get a question answered. I truly cannot rave about Sprout Social enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing that I dislike about Sprout Social! I only wish that some of the higher-tiered features, like Listening, were available at prices that are more realistic for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social keeps me from missing any incoming messages, since I am a team of one. The Smart Inbox is revolutionary in keeping me plugged in to our consumers and their responses, questions, and comments! Having optimal send times in my plan takes the guess work out of scheduling posts, and being able to schedule every platform in the same location is such a time-saver!
Sprout has given our company the tools to categorize our Socials.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is extremely user friendly and provides our company with the ability to keep our Socials organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of a single thing for improving Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps our company by compiling all of our Social responses into one area for ease of use.

I love that you can post PDF files for LinkedIn in the scheduling tab!

I wish we could tag people in drafted/scheduled posts!
