New Sprout Social User!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick and easy it is to contact a Sprout representative. I don't know if it's been 100% effective for my questions but I appreciate the quickness of hearing back from someone and them trying their best to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too major - my initial onboarding conversation was okay. I was a bit annoyed by the fact that my representative suggest that I asked chat GPT for help with an issue that I've been having since the end of March which was linking my IG to a FB page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps with being able to schedule content out in advance, the competitor analysis is great, and being able to pull reports for each quarter has been easy and straight forward!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive Sprout social is for organic social posts and how easy it is to navigate the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it's mandatory to complete the page tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tracking organic social post data and being able to execute in one place.
Creates Numerous Efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
If you're in the world of social media, Sprout undoubtedly makes your life easier. It's superior to most scheduling platforms and far and away better than manual posting. The ability to post to multiple accounts in one fell swoop is massively efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is like all other scheduling platforms in the sense that the desire to use audio from the social platforms has made it difficult to schedule many posts. If you want to use trending audio, you'll need to manually post. From the "client" side of Sprout, there are also some issues in the workflows for approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving our need for greater efficiency in the process of handling social.

Nothing I believe everything is amazing and great!

Posting at opportune times while making sure I have calendar available to edit and change my posts

Sprout is an easy way to aggregate your social listening in one place. We use the Analytics toolset on a constant basis to review performance and are now using the Employee Advocacy tool to help increase our footprint in social.

Could you faster integrations with Linkedin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are forever thirsty for analytics and Sprout solve this.
Sprout Social is the Premium solution for Social Media Marketing and Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts across multiple accounts and platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social could be considered cost prohibitive for smaller organisations if you're looking for all of the features however they're happy to work with you to find a solution that suits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track and monitor value for my clients

What do you like best about the product?
I do not think there are any increased positive features or experiences to share at this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being more forthcoming to specific products that may impact my business and use of the platform outside of cost increases or propositions to expand our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows for social media brainstorming, approvals and postings to all happen within one platform. We previously were doing this in a project management software and then using a different platform to schedule and post, so Sprout allows us to do all of that in one place. It also has analytics which I know we have only begun to scratch the surface on all the data and reporting provided. I look forward to digging in further.
Sprout for Non-profit
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes social media marketing easy. It takes away the stress and automates everything for you. It has increased our productivity and volume of posts exponentially. It also makes post-tracking easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is not always so user-friendly. I struggle with finding the features I would like to use. Sprout offers a training which is very helpful but it is hard to apply what was taught into practice.

Social listening and scheduling posts.
Great All-Encompassing Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts and add notes for post concepts. The analytics tool is great to understand profile performance. Smart Inbox is a life-saver when it comes to knowing who's talking about your brand and being able to respond efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar tool was a little more interactive/intuitive and it's a barrier for use that tagging can't be streamlined across platforms when scheduling a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart Inbox creates one central location to see and respond to all notifications which is huge. The calendar tool allows me to plan out our content weeks in advance and schedule posts to go live even when I'm OOO.
Great social media scheduling solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, great functionality with reduced amounts of errors that other platforms run into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's analytics can be a bit hard to navigate and doesn't allow for unique analytic boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout as our social media scheduler and for analytics. It has made these processes much easier to navigate and implement.
