Attentive and Intentional
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social and the team have been extremely helpful. This entire experience was a giant step in the right direction for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest hurdles we have had to face with Sprout Social are the API limitations. While the platform is still great and helpful in many ways, there are simple functions that we can't do online and will have to utilize the mobile workflow to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to keep everything in one place. With as many social platforms as there are nowadays, it is easy to get lost in the mix and prioritize certain platforms over others. Sprout Social allows me to view everything from one place and eliminates the extra time it takes to hop between the various different platforms.

I cannot think of a reason why I dislike it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheudling and social posting
The onboarding process was very thorough & the agents were helpful, chat feature has been essential.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to auto schedule all of my posts, see them as a grid before they go live, the external approval process to include other team members, and the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity issues with meta to populate our product catalog. Wish we had the ability to auto-publish IG stories with multiple slides + links, etc., but I don't know of any platform that allows you to do this without a push notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tha ability to not remove myself from my task to have to post to IG. Allows you to see more analytics than in app allows.
Great data insights for social
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides great data insights with actionable data, like easy to address Google Profile review notifications and engagement insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still working to idenfity areas of opportunity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple location profile management
A great way to organize multiple channels and track engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout provides a great user experience, combining all of your platforms into one, easy-to-use interface. Scheduling posts is incredibly easy and the optimized times data makes figuring out when your posts should go live simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, you cannot tag photos at this time on the LinkedIn platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to schedule multiple posts for my week so I can get them done all at once.
Easy and streamlined!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great to have all the analytics and campaigns in one place. I love the Sprout Link in Bio feature for Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is expensive and billing is hard to deal with. Otherwise it's a great platform.

Keeping a consistent social calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the seamless implementation into our day-to-day use of Salesforce. As a user, it makes it incredibly easy to contact our members through multiple channels, providing support to them more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like about it, and this may be a limitation to how it's been added to salesforce. But to reply with a GIF would be a great addition, adding a sense of fun and freedom to our replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue from having to log into multiple channels to reply to our members. All comments through all social platforms are channeled directly to one place, making it easier to manage, and respond to our members quicker.
Sprout Social from a Performance Social POV
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use inbox for community management is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels tricky to build custom reports to help track performance, while the listening aspect has lots of potential but equally feels tricky to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having lots of different brands and platforms in use, and helping us manage all interactions easily and in one place. It also allows us to track sentiment easily, and is sometimes helpful with publishing posts.
Social Sprout is a fantastic scheduling tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting side of Sprout social is excellent, lots of details about our audience which is fantastic for demographic research. The scheduling function is also very easy to use, and the onboarding team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule to Instagram and Facebook in the same post, meaning you have to make duplicates of each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run multiple accounts for different businesses, social sprout keeps all our channels organised.
