What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user-friendly and intuitive platform I love the Sprout advocacy integration allowing my team to share social postings as well and be recognized
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can at times be an attack on the eyes with so many posts and users, I'm unsure how to clean it up without limiting what it presents but something around this would the only area I'd like to see developments on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to metrics and analytics in one area and saving me a lot of time from hopping through multiple products and pages to find the same answers elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a really user-friendly interface across of the different features. It's really nice to be able to post to mulitple channels all at once and can save time. Being able to directly respond to reviews in the portal make it a quick task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure overtime the AI will improve and learn more about the voice and tone of repsonses. I'd also like to be able to respond to the Google Q&A's not just the reviews. Additionally, it'd be nice to be able to integrate GMB locations to update hours and other things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Review management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting and publishing tools. I like all the different metrics it shows. It has been really helpful when trying to relay information back to my superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that with some features, when something doesn't work, it wont go into much details. It will just say feature temporarily not available. Also, it's not the biggest deal breaker, I would just like to know when it would be working again is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to track various metrics of success, as well as having to manage and run several social accounts simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting interface makes it really easy to summarize trends in audience growth and engagement across all acounts and platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the process for connecting our accounts involved a little trial and error but eventually we successfully got them all set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The individual insights, reporting, or analytics capabilities on each platforms native account makes it really hard to run reports on impressions and engagements over long enough time periods, and to visualize them in useful ways.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and you can add competitor analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't link original sounds from TikTok or Instagram and you can't select cover photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a way to publish content across multiple pages, allow my team to review and approve of content, as well as compare our analytics to our competitors all in one place making reports easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease at which you can build out your social calendar, social posts, save drafts. Posts are easy to duplicate and edit and save us time on social media management overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't ran into anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts in one place. Allows us to view our social media calendar at a glance and fill in gaps/make changes as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much you can do for social in Sprout. It isn't just for scheduling and publishing content, you can also manage your social community, follow conversations about your brand on socials and the reporting tools are incredibly in depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - I really enjoy using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to provide in depth reporting about messages received from customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We LOVE that we can access all platforms of social media through Sprout Social and that we are able to manage our posts & quickly and easily! We don't have to have multiple windows open and the process has been so seemless compared to the way we used to have to manage our pages! The support is amazing and we use Sprout Social all throughout our day and week - We are so thankful it has been a smooth transition and has been simple for our colleagues to understand how to post as well. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support can be a bit tricky sometimes, an appointment is needed if you cannot find something or do something, I usually ask my colleague for help or Google to avoid the wait time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to post quickly through one platform that manages it all - SO much easier than separte log ins and pages. We love that it's a "one-stop shop"!

Its just so easy...

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to get things done quickly. I use this as part of a larger franchise system, and I can choose which messages go out (my own, the franchisors', or both). If, like me, you're not a social media expert, this system is great—it will even tell you the optimum time of day to schedule your post (based on where you are posting it and your demographics).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. The system is easy to programme, easy to understand, easy to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not a social media or SEO expert. Sprout helps me get my posts in front of my right audience at the right time. It is also a time saver - I can do a months worth or scheduled posts (or more) at the same time, rather than having to drop in and out of my socials every day.
