Best Reporting Available By Far

What do you like best about the product?
Reports - they are thorough and give a clear picture of our social channel performance. Listening tools are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting - it's very awkward with too many steps. I still use Cloud Campaign for efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again - the reporting is essential to my organization. I have to show improvements as well as monitor my own performance. Reporting helps me pivot or stay the course as necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many features Sprout has from social scheduling to it's smart inbox. It's fairly easy to use for those as well. I use it everyday and it rarely fails me. Overall, I love how well it integrates with my social strategy as well as our customer service team using it for replies to socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit clunky to get to know at first. There is certainly still parts of this program I am not familiar with / don't understand and I've been using it for over a year. Plus, the price is pretty outrageous if you want more than 3 accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves the problem of having to schedule on multiple different platforms as well as not having to post day of. This makes my day way easier and I am able to focus and plan ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how in-depth you can go with researching metrics and trends for your social pages. I love how easy the listening page is and creating different dashboards is super in-depth and helpful, also. Your customer support is really helpful and geared towards us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I Can't seem to find listening on my mobile device, and just the inbox! Sometimes it logs you out pretty quickly, also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we see everything we are tagged or mentioned in. Very helpful when looking at metrics and our audience.

Fantastic all-in-one tool for social moderation and engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Smart Inbox brings all of your messages from all connected platforms into a single window. Re-posting UGC is incredibly easy, and is cross-platform. so Instagram posts can be re-shared to multiple other platforms in just a few clicks 'n' keystrokes. Sprout's onboarding team and support are helpful and attentive. Reporting is a snap and the reports look fantastic.

I've used Sprout for over ten years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduled posts occasionally fail, but this is far from the norm. Any other frustrations I've experienced with Sprout have much more to do with the APIs of specific platform intergrations rather than Sprout itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me a TON of time from logging into/out of multiple accounts across multiple devices. I use Sprout to manage 30+ profiles that would be unmanageable otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use, and has everything you need all at the tip of your fingers! I love having one platform where I can do so many things for our business.The onboarding team was so incredible, and really made me feel "at home" with the platform. They were friendly and took all the time I needed to answer questions we had. It was easily added into our daily marketing tasks, and I know we will continue to learn and grow with how we use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much on the platform, sometimes I feel like I'm not fully utilizing it all. Maybe that's something I'll grow with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business has been growing at a rapid pace, and we needed a platform to manage all of our profiles with ease. Sprout has been such a wonderful addition to our company!

What do you like best about the product?
The support chat responds quickly and is helpful. I appreciate having access to all platforms in one place, and the calendar makes it easier to follow upcoming content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many bugs when trying to write posts, many times the content cannot be displayed after posting and the smart inbox is not user-friendly.
A lot of the data is not 'clean', which I understand is not always in their control but that is a crucial part to have.
Tags are nice to have but I wish I could select multiple posts at a time instead of going one by one which is time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me set everything in order and monitor all my platforms in one space

What do you like best about the product?
The advantage of having an overview of all the social platforms used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing. E.g.: Stories with link, TikTok with music, the Instagram grid planner also shows drafts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All platforms in one place. Duplicating helps the task.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Scheduling the content including targeting option on Linkedin
2. monthly report sending via email to people without account
3. information/statistics about all publishing post, no matter where was posten (via sprout, in social platform or in another scheduling tools)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any dislikes in Sprout Social yet. Maybe the cost can be a little less... :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting - we have multiple campaign in different account and different area. I can set up a report and send via email automatically for properly managers in my organization.
