Effortless Scheduling and Superb Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's ease of scheduling, making content planning effortless. The data insights are readily accessible, offering valuable information for informed decision-making. I love their amazing customer service, which is prompt and helpful, quickly addressing any problems or questions I might have. The platform is user-friendly with a wealth of features and insights, enhancing my overall experience. I value their frequent updates that incorporate customer feedback, ensuring that the platform continues to evolve and improve. Additionally, the tool that identifies popular times to post is incredibly useful, as is the capability to manage a wide variety of accounts efficiently. The onboarding process was also straightforward, which made getting started with Sprout Social a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Sprout Social does not allow scheduling photos on YouTube. Additionally, the platform lacks integration with podcast platforms for scheduling purposes. The absence of features like auto reposts and auto comments is also problematic for my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social eases content scheduling and provides data insights at my fingertips, with fantastic customer service and user-friendly features that adapt to customer feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can seamlessly communicate with my clients and resolve any cases that need a easy and quick resolution
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for their to me for filters to apply to make navigating each platform even easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They can connect me with all of our clientele through all platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google reviews, etc. I can resolve and respond pretty promptly at any request or engagement.
Makes Processes Better!
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is really easy to use! I also love the reporting tool and that there is an app on your phone!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging feature doesn't always work so I don't completely trust that a post is 100% taken care of when I schedule. Also I wish you could customize the Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to post organically. I like scheduling out my posts and being able to categorize them based on content. It saves me time for posting and reporting.
Great All-in-One Solution for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great tool for social media. It's user-friendly and they're always adding new features. Customer service is great, too. They have lots of tutorials and ways to learn how to use the tool and get the most out of it. I like the interface - makes it easy to see what you're publishing. They've got good reporting features too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see many downsides to Sprout Social, however it would be great if they added a more robust tagging feature. Right now, my team uses Monday to help keep track of what we're posting in addition to Sprout Social. Part of what I like about Monday is that I can color code the different posts I do for different service lines, etc. This offers a visual that Sprout Social doesn't have. It may sound like a small thing, but if they added this, I'd give them a 10!

Great tool for agencies managing multiple client accounts
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency, Sprout Social makes it easy to add, schedule and manage client social accounts from the very first day we onboard a new client. We also like the feature of having the client review and approve directly from Sprout to provide a track record. Our team uses Sprout daily! The Sprout Social team is also very responsive when we have questions or requests. It's also easy to train our staff on for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not optimized, such as tagging accounts within Sprout and this adds an extra step for staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to manage social media for our clients, from creating posts, scheduling, and managing response. It also provides helpful analytics in an easy-to-digest format. There are some limits on how we can manipulate stats, such as showing follower growth for specific requests, but overall the basic reporting fits our requirements.
A Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive feature and ability to tag. The smart inbox has been a tremendous help to my daily monitoring and replying. It has also helped with tracking of issues and wins. The onboarding support has been very informative and helpful. I use the tool daily to manage and respond. I have not implemented publishing, yet. But when I do I am excited about the campaing tracking and reports that will be available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an ability to get public metrics on our tagged posts to help with quantifying our impact and share with the broader organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one person team, Sprout has allowed me to regain control of my day and share pertitnent information fast.
A great insights-led platform for managing multiple social accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The case management feature, extensive reports available, ease of use, integration and implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently there was an issue with profile photos and names not pulling through due to a Meta update and it took quite a while for this to be rectified (7+ days).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community management for multiple social platforms and pages in one place allowing for better time management and response rate
All in one tool for everything and more
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features for me are the reporting dashboard and the seamless publishing section. All the tools are there, at your disposal to make your every content go furher. It's easy to implement across the company and give different users their respective access levels. It's also very easy to use, navigate and make use of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integration with story features for Facebook and Instagram in the sense of stickers and customisation etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem is the scheduling of content and generating content ideas. Its something that is very time consuming for me so it helps a lot there. Secondly will have to be with analytics and reporting. The templates and dashboards have any and everything where I want it making month-end and end of campaigns easy for me.
Sprout it the social media solution I've been waiting for!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout offers the ability to post to multiple social channels from one easy-to-us platform. I'm a new user but it is intuitive and honestly, fun! Our onboarding specialist taught me about every feature and listened intently to my needs. I haven't used all of the features yet but I can't wait to keep learning the platform. Right now, my favorite feature is the ability to track competitors' performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
If my company ever stops using Sprout, I'm not sure I will be able to keep access to historical analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had to publish posts on every social channel separately. Sprout is a major time-saver.

From my own experience, when I am using Sprout Social on my mobile phone , the App easily crashes.
