I love the approval workflows within Sprout and the ease of collaborating within my team.

The preview of the scheduled posts aren't always entirely accurate.

The ability to have a seamless workflow for social media submissions along with creating a calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a comrehensive social media tool and it IS the best on the market. I started working with social as a marketing channel over 18 years ago before businesses were considering it for marketing. I've seen social evolve. I actually used Sprout in it's beta and have seen it evolve into my go-to for social. It's a pretty comprehensive tool and it's very intuitive to use.
My favorite features and functions:
- Analytics are great! Best I've seen.
- Scheduling is easy. Love the recommended posting times.
- Listening is one of the best on the market
- Easy to engage and tag engagements

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout had more LinkedIn functionality, but I understand the limitations.
The AI needs a lot of work. It doesn't consider X's character limits.

Sprout allows us to plan ahead and provides accurate reporting.

Rocky Start
What do you like best about the product?
When we started researching companies we only were looking for employee advocacy. We decided to go with Sprout because we could also publish on LinkedIn directly from their platform and tag employees. We do a lot of tagging which has been a limiting factor when considering other social planning platforms. So we have always published natively. I am also impressed with the analytics it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding has been rocky. We have been having issues with receiving emails from the platform for users to sign up and when sending newsletters. Turns out our spam filters wee blocking the emails because they are sent to look like they are coming from me the account holder but the actual email is not mine so it catches as spam. It has taken 3 weeks to figure this out. Support has been quick to respond however it took a lot of back and forth until we figured it out. but they couldn't give us a reason why it was happening, our IT department figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Sprout for employee advocacy which will help our employees share content and hopefully expand our brand awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout Social to manage multiple B2B social media programs. It's easy to use, the reporting is clear, and the customer success team is helpful and proactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to see more reporting on LinkedIn, specifically the competitor information. It is really nice to see a condensed view of activities on X and Facebook.

Sprout helps us with the day to day management of social media, along with reporting and monitoring.
Extraordinary service
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is such a helpful tool to use with your Marketing team. Before Sprout we were controlling manually our competitors metrics and now we don't have to do it anymore. Sprout deliveries graphics and amazing sheets with all information that we need.

Nothing. So far is one of the best platforms that I've been using

Professional & supportive
What do you like best about the product?
As a team, we are able to improve our work as a team in a much more organized way, thanks to the smart Sprout features. Not only are we able to plan more efficiently, but we can make data-driven decisions to really optimize our results. We are also being supported through a fantastic onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much we dislike. For small businesses on a budget, the pricing might be a bit high. However, long term it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening has been a great too for us to understand what do our audience really want to see. The smart inbox has been reallly helpful in improving our team work and the calendar of content is useful.
Easy to use, quite intuitive, many useful features.
What do you like best about the product?
The detail of reporting I can get from it, plus the amount of useful features that Sprout offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as it is easy to use and intuitive, it can get quite busy, confusing, and complicated, especially on a smaller screen. If the reporting tab is used frequently, but I refresh it, the settings and filters save but not the date range, which can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy use of getting the data I need and learning from it - useful for settings with multiple levels of approval with the drafting feature.
Easy to plan and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use. I only use the software to check what others have made if needed. So not a frequent user, but I can always find what I'm looking for.Also nice to see the dashboard with engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming the first time you log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating between our agencies, designers and people who make the posts. And also easy reply to messages and replies.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is user-friendly and full of features our agency finds beneficial. It makes managing multiple social media accounts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the most affordable option by a long shot. It's hard to justify the cost for a small business. A more extensive free plan would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to manage multiple social media accocunts and provide great customer service with Sprout. Our agency loves the external approvals feature. It makes sharing content with clients a breeze!
Sprout is Superior
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing social media easier and more efficient. It's been very user-friendly. The analytics give us all the insights needed to improve engagement. The collaboration tools help keep everyone on the same page. Plus, the support team is very responsive if we need help. It’s been a solid choice for streamlining our social media tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside has been the cost. As a boutique agency this was needed but investment we made.
