What do you like best about the product?
The post scheduling and review process is super helpful. It allows us to have multiple people review our posts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process can be a bit lengthy when reposting the same post across multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easing our content review process between client-side decision-makers and people at the agency.

waiting to see.....hoping all the kinks work out. it has been a month

DAILY- i am dealing with issues.. i LOSE so much time.. not making content..

The optimal times to post feature and the ease of posting across platforms.

I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to post regularly across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Sprout lets me do all that from a single dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
As we have recently started to work on sprout, i found it very easy as it is not complex like other softwares. The layout is just amazing and very much apt.
Hassle-free
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that dislike about sprout but we can definitely make it even more better when it comes to user friendly experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets easy for us to use all the platforms at a single place. We have all the social media platforms integerated on a single software and also the UI of all the social media handles remains same as of their actual platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor and post to several platforms at once. What a time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues being able to consistently log in due to high security restrictions at our company, but Sprout has been great about working with our tech center to figure out a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sometimes have to gather an inventory of what we've posted on certain topics for review/audit. Sprout will make this easier in the future because it was a manual proces before!

What do you like best about the product?
The major upside to me with Sprout Social is having the tool to be able to see engagement and analytics regarding both of the accounts that I currently assist with at a glance. It is an extremely easy to use interface. I use Sprout daily for my post scheduling and review of activity. It was also very easy to link and integrate multiple accounts under one dashboard. I've implemented their performance reviews into my weekly data collection, that allows me to find optimal times to post my created content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Sprout Social is the "draft" system... I had a little bit of a hard time scheduling a draft to go live. I eventually had to duplicate the post, and set the post at a scheduled time. It was a little bit of a cumbersome thing to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to control and schedule everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, fast, easy & affordable. The custoemr service is also really great. I'm on the platform every daysharing content to Advocacy for our internal folks to resahre.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mainly use the Advocacy piece, and I really wish you could customize date ranges in the leaderboard & reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for Advocacy to amplofy our voice across social channels.

Negation is kind of hard. If the walk through wasn't there

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and all of the different features that it has. The ease of integration and implementation will be extremely beneficial for our team.
