Sprout is a very easy and modern platform that makes posting social content a seamless process.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to duplicate and reschedule posts to go out in a matter of seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram has some confusion/difficulty when it comes to adding a mobile publisher. We wished that we could just post normally like the other social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me valuable time by allowing users to post everything at once. This allows me more time to work on other tasks throguhout the day.
An easy, social media managing experience with great organization and features!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy all of the features to help with organization with multiple channels and platforms all into one. It's such a great hub that you can accomplish so much in one place without having to switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a little expensive, but you are paying for the quality and the use of the platform that makes work easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with scheduling, being able to create a conent calendar, and scheduling.
Such a time saver with wonderful pre-made media you can use to post!

Being able to schedule across multiple platforms is helping us get out and reach more people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the initial learning period is all I can think of. And that is with any program you learn. It's not really a negative, it's just part of learning how to fully utilize a new product at your disposal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media efficiency - we can cover much more ground in a much shorter period of time.

It is easy to navigate, support system in place when needed, all functionality enabling my team to deliver high standard work

Enabling geographical filters for social listening is needed

Community management on our 10+ brands
While pricey, the user interface and analytics tools are more than worth it

Analytics features, friendly user interface, easy to learn, involvement of reps with your success (customer care)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were different organization when it came to the tabs (i.e., Calendar, Publishing) - sometimes it is not intuitive to find what I am looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is required to submit an annual report to the state that reports on our social media efforts - prior to Sprout, we were manually screenshotting each and every post we were making, and manually compiling data on analytics. Now, we can reduce that staff time because Sprout Social generates those reports instantly. We are also able to quickly and efficiently publish to our accounts without jumping from platform to platform, and know which posts are resonating most with our audience based on Sprout's performance reports.
Streamlined Social Management with a Few Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for engagement, social listening, and content publishing, and I love how it's so easy to use with everything simply laid out. It saves me time because all platforms are connected in one Sprout Group, making it more structured for my entire team. I can pull robust reports weekly for tags, team activity, and overall post performances. The social listening feature is great because it lets me listen to conversations that I might not be privy to otherwise, especially when my client has a campaign coming up. I also appreciate the competitive cost models that Sprout Social offers. We've linked Canva with Sprout, and it's been seamless. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations like not being able to respond to a TikTok comment with more than 150 characters really makes it difficult. Natively on TikTok, you can exceed that hard limit, so it makes me wonder why should I pay for this tool if I have to keep jumping between native and this tool. Also, if I delete a comment on any social platform within the tool, there is no way I can track that in reporting. Once a comment is deleted, that's just it.

Sprout Social saves me time by connecting all platforms in one group, keeping things structured for my team. It allows me to pull robust reports on tags, team activity, and post performance. With social listening, I can stay updated on conversations and upcoming campaigns.

Sprout is helping us manage our social platforms in one place and we can track the media mentions of organizations and scholars we work with.
Useful and powerful tool for social media content creators
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Sprout is how robust and versatile the tool is. It can post on nearly every social media platform and can even customize the post for each platform using the "Send + Duplicate" feature. It has saved me a lot of time. It used to take me 10-15 minutes to publish a post on each platform individually, and now it takes 1-2. The customer service chat is also very helpful and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about Sprout is the YouTube publishing capabilities and the reporting feature. For YouTube, there are many aspects, such as the tags and the categories of videos, that often stay the same for each post. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to have default YouTube settings, which results in me copying and pasting the same information into each YouTube post individually. Also, there is no support for YouTube community posts. As for the reporting feature, it isn't the most user friendly and could be simpler to use. Additionally, there isn't a very user friendly to see previous posts that have been sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is mostly helping save time. It is much easier to post on each social media platforms using Sprout than it is to post individually to each platform and copy and paste the text each time. Additionally, it makes looking at analytics much easier. Intsead of looking at each platform's analytics indivdually, it provides one place to see everything.
Great tool for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view is very useful for teams with several people on them. It allows us to plan content and space out posts better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could merge accounts together in a "view" function. We have two teams that work on different posts, but at times share an account. It would be nice to be able to merge our calendar with them so we can see when they plan to post. It would be nice to be able to post to Instagram and TikTok as welll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves us from having to post directly on platforms, which is very time-consuming. The tag feature also helps with analytics and assists in keeping organized.
Perfect for a Small Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows our small marketing team to manage and analyze over 25 social accounts for our non-profit organization. We've used other platforms and Sprout is by far the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
After using sprout for nearly 9 years, we have zero issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to save a lot of time with the ability to schedule posts at times our users will see them. The time it would take to go to each individual platform and do the research to find the best times would take up valuable time that we often do not have.
