Perfect for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the calendar scheduler is a visual format so that I can see everything I have planned. I also love that, as long as I keep up with tags, the reporting tool makes it easy for me to see the impact of my campaigns. It's also great that all our analytics across platforms can be in one place rather than having to bounce around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that tagging other companies doesn't always work even when I know I have the correct social media handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an easy way to report out on the efficacy of our marketing campaigns. Because we utilize the campaign and tag features, we can pull reports very easily to show how many impressions and clicks we got and which posts were the most popular. We especially love this latter feature.
Sprout Social is worth the money.
What do you like best about the product?
Right out of the gate, Sprout Social was an easy setup with immediate usable results. I've had experiences with other services, including those that claim to mimic Sprout for a cheaper price, but they don't. I've also done direct comparisons with other services, even over time, and Sprout seems more reliable and accurate when compared to platform-specific metrics. I've grown to trust it, and so have my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
You DO have to stay on top of disconnections and there is the occasional hiccup when a platform changes something that Sprout has to react to, but that is true of any service. Again, while some others might appear to be more competitive on price (Sprout IS "expensive"), but in the end it's probably worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are scoped with clients to post content, the differentiation between post performance and profile performance is very helpful. The control you have over downloadable reports is also helpful, as are the different formats (CSV, PDF), saves a lot of time.
Effortless Social Media Management with Trend Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media and brand management on behalf of my organization. I love how it keeps everything organized in one place, allowing my team to manage social media without always needing to be logged in through the native app. The feature that lets us prioritize from oldest to newest is really useful. I appreciate the easy options for hiding comments and identifying trends. Responding to messages through Sprout is convenient because I can clear them out and focus on older comments. Identifying trends helps me share valuable material across other departments. The initial setup was very easy, and it's also easy to have multiple users.

everything is clean and easy to use/understand, the scheduling tool helps plan and schedule content, and also saves time

Sprout Social keeps our social media organized in one place, lets the team manage without constant app logins, prioritizes messages, hides comments, identifies trends, and simplifies responding to messages, making social management easy and efficient.
Reliability and Ease with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I save a tremendous amount of time scheduling posts across 50+ social media accounts with Sprout Social. I like its ease of use and reliability. I especially value the publishing feature, which lets me schedule an entire month of posts knowing they'll go up reliably. The inbox feature is also great as it allows me to see and respond to comments and messages right away. The initial setup was easy, and I would highly recommend Sprout Social.

I save a tremendous amount of time scheduling posts across 50+ social media accounts. With publishing, I can schedule an entire month confidently. The inbox lets me see and respond to comments and messages immediately.

Streamlined Social Management with Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make a single post and send it to multiple platforms. There's a download feature where I can send our social strategy to our PR firm in a PDF. Sprout Social has many more features and allows us to post video. The initial setup was pretty simple, and the support was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the schedule time wasn't all the way at the bottom of the create post page. When in the week and month view, you can't scroll to past or future weeks or months; you have to use the arrows at the top to change the week or month. I wish I could scroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social, I don't have to navigate multiple platforms to create posts; I can schedule them in advance. It allows a single post to go to multiple platforms, and I can share our social strategy with the PR firm using the download feature. We switched from HeyOrca because Sprout has more features, including video posting.
User-Friendly Platform with Clear Analytics and Responsive Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly! I had not used it before I started in my current role but it was very easy to figure out. This is something that I use all day, every day. I like being able to see all of the analytics and understand them so that I can explain them to others. I also really appreciate their customer service team. They are always very responsive and try to help or find answers if the do not know it at the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would show analytics to Bluesky, but it is still a fairly new platform and recently integrated into Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps when needing to pull analytics for specific tags (in my case at work, this is divided for our different stakeholder groups).
All My Social Data and Tools in One Platform—A Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
That all of my social data and tools are consolidated into one platform. It saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox dashboard can be overwhelming, especially when you recieve 1,000s of messages each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me hours with publishing and analytics reporting each week. I have significantly improved the quality of our data reports with the help of Sprout and it's historical platform knowledge.
Everything We Need in One Easy App—Insights, Publishing, Reporting, and Inbox
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I basically get everything I need in one app—from industry insights, to publishing content across a plethora of platforms, to getting reports on how we’re doing, and being able to manage our inbox. It’s so easy to use, saves me hours each week, and means less clicking and fewer tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my automated inbox clears don’t work, and I end up having to clear them manually. Honestly, it only happens every now and then, so it doesn’t really bother me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled a lot to get clear insights into what our competitors were doing. Sprout gave us a ton of insight into what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, and how we compare. It’s been very helpful for shaping our strategy.

I appreciate the guidance on optimal times to post and the availability of analytics. It's very user-friendly for myself and my team, making the setup straightforward.
