Useful and easy to master but US focused.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to schedule and add accounts. The publishing screen in particular is a joy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and general feel of Sprout Social is very American. This is understandable as it is an American company but a more UK friendly UI could be a useful improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to schedule up a lot of social media across many different accounts and Sprout allows us to do that incredibly quickly.

Great features, a little pricey

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service was great! Whenever we needed assistance they rep was quick to answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricey for what you get. We initially thought we would do an annual plan but once we factored in the number of users we would need to have access, it became rather expensive. When we attempted to downgrade, we got a sales pitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to have access to all of our social media accounts in one place. Unfortunately, Facebook sunsetted the API for facebook groups just as we began using te software and so it became considerably less appealing for us.

Great platform for managing social media posting

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very intuitive and easy to use. My main use case is for suggesting and scheduling social posts. I especially appreciate the ability to upload video, with a separate SRT file for the captions, and even a personalized thumbnail for LinkedIn. I like that it allows us to see at a glance what other team members are also posting so we can coordinate scheduling acordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn tagging feature is not reliable. I can only tag certain profiles or pages, not others, so my workaround has been to go back and edit a post later on LinkedIn directly, tagging the required people there. That's really less than ideal.

Bit of a wishlist item: I wish I could drag and drop posts to different dates in the calendar view, rather than needing to click on a post, open it, and edit the date there. We often have to reshuffle the schedule for different reasons and this would make the process so much simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and our global team members coordinate a social media schedule that makes sense, and the ability to target by, region, language, etc. makes it all the more powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, tons of tools and the analytics are UNMATCHED. Customer service is also extremely helpful and so easy to interact with. Truly haven't had better customer service experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, it is the most expensive SMM tool on the market, but also the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me schedule consistent content, be completely able to manage our clients messages, comments and overall engagement and be able to provide our clients with metrics that matter.

Easy to use, helpful

What do you like best about the product?
It has training built into it when you log in. You can access everything in one place and it has made my workflow better
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't see the competition on every platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have reports automatically sent to my email without having to log in. Previously I would have to go to each platform and search for the information. This sends it to me directly, saving time for me to put together reports.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great features that are available beyond what one would think of for their social media. If there are any roadblocks, the sprout support team is responsive in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training from the reps are hard to understand. They don't go into too much detail on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The content calendar and easy report sharing to other on my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling and reporting capabilities. I also love that it pulls retroactive posts, even if you weren't used Sprout at the time and even if you didn't post/schedule in the Sprout platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think its look could be improved. I don't like having to toggle the navigation open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues with engagement and Sprout's optimal times feature is a great addition. It has helped us a little with engagement, making sure our audiences are online when we post.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
When compared to other social media management solutions, Sprout Social's pricing is a little bit more expensive, which makes it less affordable for individuals or small enterprises. Since my company is new, I had to persuade them by justifying the required payment when we recently needed to renew our subscription. In addition, there have occasionally been software faults or glitches (downtimes) that typically detract from the overall user experience. Similar to the one we had a few days ago, the good news is that it was promptly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my company, Sprout Social is the answer to efficiently monitoring and reporting on social media activity. This helps me since it makes it simple for me to assess the answers that the support analysts provide to the end users, monitor audience growth and engagement, and assess the results of our social media initiatives. This helps me make data-based choices to enhance our social media strategy while saving me time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great (and easy) way to quickly post to a wide variety of social media platforms. The tools used for social listening also helps businesses create strategic plans for their digital teams. It's also really helpful with sharing accounts with other team members without having to share the passwords. It was very easy to integrate our team to begin utilizing the features. We use it multiple times thorughout the day for the majority of our social needs. The help features and articles have been very useful for our team to learn what other features are available and how they can help our social platforms grow. The customer service/support team has also been very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little overwhelming to use at first but once I received a few training sessions with Nolan McNamee, I think it's a very easy to use and helpful tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped a lot with giving our team access to multiple platforms without having to share the passwords to the accounts.
Sprout Social has also helped us with social listening/analytics which allows us to determine what posts are doing well and what we should continue doing.
