What do you like best about the product?
I like how smooth the experience is. Things are easy to find and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I with the out-of-the-box analytics were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us manage a high volume of content across several channels and report on the effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout made my job as a social media coordinator significantly easier. It was easy to respond to messages and comments all in one platform rather than having to go into each individual platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no major issues with Sprout, so nothing really that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was solving the problem of having to go in to multiple platforms and respond to people directly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, efficient, and seamless. Great customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is great, but I wish the orientation was a bit more user friendly- some details involve digging to find answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me simplify my social media tactics, learn more about my marketing strategy, and gain insights into our customers behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has made my day to day work significantly more time effective. The platform is user friendly, makes planning out content very easy, and the analytics are great. Using and syncing up to your platforms is very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to pick what I dislike, is that the platform isn't affordable to an indepent contractor who might want to use Sprout Social for their smaller business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that it's solving for me is making it a lot more time effective for me to plan and schedule. I'm a huge fan of the integrated AI, which can help me tweak copy based on the platform it's going to be posted to. I work at a company where I'm the sole person handling our social media, which also entails creating everything that we're posting (aka I'm not given any assets). So Sprout Social really helps makes things a little easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a game changer for scheduling and publishing content. It is very intuitive to use. This has been the primary content publishing platform I have used in my past 2 roles with different companies, and both made my job as a social media specialist/content creator incredibly easy. I am using the platform every day whether it is developing content, approving posts, collaborating with creative agencies, or creating new analytics reports. I can't recommend this platform enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are fully available - for example publishing to Meta stories. Those still need to be published via Mobile Publishing in order to add features such as Instagram Stickers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatingn a cohesive content calendar that can be shared and understood by various entities contributing to various channels.

Been a great tool in getting all my social accounts and plans in one spot.

The learning curve is a bit steep at first!

Organization of social campaigns and cross-posting. Analytics are easily readable as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling capability. I use this feature the most. The process is very seamless and saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a feature that would show you who like a 'year in a wrapped' around your top followers. Ex., Joe Smith is your top fan, in the past year, he has engaged with 8 of your posts a month, etc.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to compile engagement from users/followers. Platforms get disconnected frequently

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and user experience are a breeze. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense and creates efficiences for our daily processes. On top of that, the support that Sprout provides is unmatched. There's live chat support when I need immediate answers, online guides that provide current information and specs for social platforms and a TON of educational support about the platform, social media trends and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is inconsistencies across platforms, like, not being able to add alt text when scheduling Instagram posts or uploading video to scheduled Pinterest posts. I believe there are tickets out for these though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly efficiency of our process, reliability on the platform working as expected and the ability to use label tags and campaign tags on posts to enrich reporting and data analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The management and organization is second to none, and the metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time! We are new users and haven't dived super deep yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would have to go into each native platform to post and measure, this has eliminated all that and saved us so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy to use the platform is. Everything is very clean and I never feel like I am overwhelmed with random buttons and popups like other platforms I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that the onboarding process with a little chaotic - this totally could have been because of the chaos on my own team at the time paired with the holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before switching to Sprout, customer service took up a big chunk of time. Sprout has a great customer service management platform. I also love how simple it is to create add to the social calendar and adjust as needed - especially as so many last minute items have been changing and popping up, it's been a real life saver.
