Sprout Social Streamlines Reporting, Listening, and Response Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has streamlined how we manage and report on social performance. It connects all of our accounts in one place and allows us to share clear, controlled dashboards with stakeholders without granting full account access. The social listening tool is easier to set up than our previous system, and the Smart Inbox has significantly improved response efficiency for our small social team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is more expensive per seat than our previous platform, which required us to limit the number of users. The onboarding process is also time-intensive. While the platform is powerful, the pricing may be prohibitive for smaller teams or small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After downsizing our social team, we needed a platform that could help us operate more efficiently. Our previous tool was clunky, lacked meaningful AI capabilities, had limited and difficult-to-manage social listening, and offered poor inbox and stakeholder reporting functionality. Sprout Social addresses these gaps by making social listening easier to set up and monitor, streamlining inbox management, improving reporting for stakeholders, and providing AI-driven features that help our smaller team work more effectively.

I love that I can tag my teammates when I need assistance on a comment, and that our inbox and personal DMs are in one space. We can have internal conversations about it, scheduling, and other tasks. Being able to see post performance and posting at the optimal time is very important. The initial setup was very easy, self-explanatory, and my team loved the tutorial.

Clean, Easy Social Management with Clear, Actionable Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social because it brings all my social channels into one clean, easy-to-use platform. The reporting is clear and actionable, and it makes collaboration and scheduling feel simple instead of chaotic.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social is a powerful tool, there are a few drawbacks. The pricing can be steep, especially as teams grow and additional users are added. Some reporting features feel a bit rigid and could offer more customization, and it can take time to fully learn all the platform’s capabilities. For smaller or quick tasks, the tool can sometimes feel heavier than necessary.

It streamlines scheduling, engagement, and reporting, which saves time and reduces manual work. Having centralized analytics and collaboration tools helps me make more informed decisions, stay organized, and focus on creating better content rather than juggling platforms.

I like how user-friendly Sprout Social is, making it easy for team members to manage social media inquiries with a third-party company. The chat feature is always very helpful if we forget how to do something. We switched from Sprinklr because Sprout Social has a better user interface. The setup was relatively easy, and their team even did a call with us to see what we needed specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn’t as intuitive at first because there were many pathways to move a case, which required us to get used to how everyone was doing it differently.
