What do you like best about the product?
All of the different features it offers (analytics, social listening, competitor reporting, pulihsing, and so much more).
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few glitches in their system (ex: facebook handles not showing up properly of those sending us messages) but the team is quick to act on fixing the bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to tackle social and digital all in one place rather than having to go to a bunch of different platforms.

Sprout allows us to easily track our post activity as well as the metrics associated with effort in a single-look making it easy to prove out the return
Good interface. Easy to onboard.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the social media tracking interface and how it presents mentions. We recently started using Sprout and the onboarding process was easy and our team was able to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find the approved posts tool and can be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a social scheduling tool that enabled for multiple levels of approval.
Does what it says on the tin
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simple interface and UX of Sprout. The reporting capabilities are excellent and so are the scheduling and publishing features. Overall, Sprout is hands down my preferred social tool for clients as it does everything you need with a simple, clean design and non-clunky functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't fault anything! Most of my daily issues relate to the platforms' APIs and not Sprout as a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a monthly content calendar has been simple with Sprout. Additionally, the scheduling tool allows for multiple stakeholders to review the content before it's finally approved to go live which gives us all peace of mind.
Easy to use & insightful
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and reports are easy to customise / export. The set up and implementation were really easy. We use Sprout to generate information about how our distributors are using our content and how effective their postings are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to group users easily .

Being able to quickly and easily see posts on all our Facebook / Instagram / Twitter
Sprout Social is an essential tool for my day-to-day social media management and reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly fast and knowledgable customer service. I use the Live Chat feature all the time!

It doesn't pull all metrics e.g. collaboration posts which make results less meaningful.

It allows me to quickly and easily pull social media profile and post performance analytics.
Social experience
What do you like best about the product?
We use all the time to schedule the social content and to track the data of the links tht we use. We love that we can track the campaigns and we can have some importan insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times, the way that you put the UTMs I think that is not easy and when you program 1 post for diferent socials the link could be confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can program the content with time and have a good way to track the campaigns that is so helpfull.

How everything I need is under one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of options and elements, but I lack the time to explore.

Data collection has become easier and being able to connect to multiple apps also helps.
I'm a Sprout Champion (and here's why)
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social. I find it very easy to use, intuitive and it has nearly all of the features that I want in a SMM platform. The tagging capabilities are particularly great, plus I love the Smart Inbox and the provided reports. The system is very easy to implement and you can get set up very quickly – plus some platforms you get backfilled data which is great if you're just starting out. I use Sprout every single day and it makes my life better and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features missing that I would love to see. One is the ability to send a link along with your IG story that automatically copies to your clipboard so you can include a link in the story. Another is a sentiment analysis report for incoming messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting everything into one place so that I'm more efficient with my time and can get more done.
So Many Features for Different Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and reporting are unmatched. Our social media. manager is using it for her purposes, but in CX we also find it so helpful for social listening and sentiment. Onboarding has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit overwhelming at first but the onboarding and support docs help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to build out an online reputation management program and this is a great jumping off product for that.
