Simplifies Social Scheduling, Empowers Solo Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use and intuitive features that Sprout Social offers, especially with scheduling. Even when I first started using it, I didn't feel like I needed to take a month-long onboarding course to understand the basics. The scheduling makes it very clear when the audience is most online and likely to engage with the content. The intuitive features like duplicating posts and scheduling across platforms are naturally built into the app, and they don't require specialized training. I've been using Sprout for almost five years now, and I feel more confident every time I log in. I love how it's the Cadillac of social media scheduling for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limitations around Sprout Social are largely due to having a more basic plan. I'm locked out of certain features like the asset library and influencer management tool. But this is really more related to the companies I've worked for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage being a one-person team, optimizing posts for each platform, handling last-minute content, and understanding how organic social contributes to marketing goals and business impact.
Easy and effective

Sprout is very user friendly - it's easy to schedule and review content, and anlyze performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout had additional features re: sentiment and influencer tracking.

One easy tool to plan, manage, reply to customers and track social media performance.

Helpful for managing social accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it includes all engagements, data, scheduling, and more in one place. It makes managing and engaging on a social platform a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of all of the features it offers, it is a little confusing at first. There is definitely a learning curve involved with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My brand can easily track what is being said about us, tagged or not, and can monitor topics that are important to our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has great UI and I find its metrics reporting to be one of the main draws.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive and there are some features I wish were available for the most basic subscription.

The tagging feature is very helpful for the purposes of my work.
Good, easy-to-use platform; a few changes I would make
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and intuitive to use, especially if you've had some experience with other social media management platforms. Variety of helpful tools for posting and analytics. At least in my time using it, glitches and reconnections issues have been minimal (some are inevitably with any platform).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the auto-publish queue options (first and last only) and would like an easier way to bulk reschedule posts.

Sprout makes it easy to schedule posts so our social media team can have breaks, and also makes it very simple to see top performing posts from certain time periods to reschedule when needed.

It's simple to use, and everything can be viewed in one queue. The integration in Salesforce is very nice.

The tagging system is confusing and not very insightful
