Great was to keep all our social media accounts under control
What do you like best about the product?
allows us to see if messages have come in from any platrorm without having to log in to each of them.

Wish there was a quicker way to copy posts from MC head office

Social Media Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Our team was using up to 4 different platforms to meet our social media needs, which impacted our productivity and effectivness when posting certain content. With Sprout, we have been able to streamline our processes, view our content in one place, and get improved, easy-to-read analytics. We are really enjoying the linkinbio feature to post on instagram, because before we would have to set reminders to add the link after our schedule posts went live.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to create stories on the sprout app, versus having to add stickers and links in the app. However, we understand this is a feature IG has not allowed 3rd parties to offer yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping our team keep track of who is engaging with our content and when. We have found the universal inbox helpfull to see all the comments in one place, and track who is interacting with similar posts across platforms. It's also helped us respond to those engagements faster. Another things we appreciate is the easy-to-read analytics for which posts are out performing others and learn which platform our viewers are engaging with more.
Best Social Media Software With Worst Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried many softwares and this one knocks them all out of the park.
What do you dislike about the product?
You would think that with an EXPENSIVE monthly price, you would have a STELLAR support experience. That's not the case. Slow response times to my open tickets. I had to move the needle forward which shouldn't be my job. SproutSocial needs to make their customer support experience WAY better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the cleanest interface for social media management. Super easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We can create work flows that work for both our agency and our clients. Someone can draft social posts internally, for review from someone else on the team before it is sent to the client for review. And the review process can be done without a Sprout account, so the barriers to use for our clients are low.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some unnecessary extra steps involved that can slow down our social process a little bit. For example, once a post has been approved by all parties, we still need to go in and schedule the post. The email reminders make it easier, but it feels like a step that could be removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to manage multiple clients' social media accounts, all in one place. It offers comprehensive analytics and a work flow system that allows for comments and approvals easily. At an agency, this streamlines our operations considerably and allows for a smooth work flow.

Everything is in one place. Lots of tools to assist with creation. Lots of diagnostics to help understand.

Nothing has come up yet, but our account is relatively new

Who we are reaching with what type of creation story
Sprout is great for reporting, scheduling, posting!
What do you like best about the product?
They have an amazing non-profit deal, and in general are one of the better scheduling/reporting tools for social.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of UI overwhelm - but it's not honestly a big deal.

Getting reporting and all of our accounts in one place!
By far one of the best social media platforms to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only get a highlevel overview of the health of your socials, but also get into the nitty gritty and build a community with your followers truly is game changer. I have been a user of Sprout for a couple of years now, working with differnt kinds of companies. This platform never ceases to amaze me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing I really would w want to change, pricing. It can get a bit pricy for smaller companies to be able to use this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a community with the followers that I have. That has been a true game changer, community management and social media management all in one platform.

Sprout Social continues to be a reliable platform for our small non-profit needs.

We are still a small not for profit, so cost will always be an issue.

We are a small non-profit with limited experience in the social world. Sprout Social makes things easier for us and has been very successful in bolstering out online presence.
