Clear and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
All upcoming posts are easily viewable in calendar form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues at this point.

Keeping socials organized and approved on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout houses all-things social in one platform allowing for automation and easier management

With any system, sometimes it requires more to get the system to work best for you (set up tags, etc.) when bandwidth is already limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is automatically a lot of tasks that were once manual and allowing me to focus on more beneficial adds to our business
Accurate Social Media Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that post scheduling and social media reporting can be done in the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a price increase for features that should be included, such as fully customizable reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company primarily uses Sprout for social media management. The price is expensive, but the product meets our needs. Additonally, we use Sprout to send monthly reports. That is the part I handle here at JWM.
Great platform to schedule social and monitor engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate with colleagues on social media planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening dashboard could be improved

Sprout social helps my team plan social media posts and track metrics to identify trends.
Makes scheduling so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts for all of our social media in one place, but my favorite thing has to be the optimal times feature. It removes so much stress to be able to select one of those options.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may sound strange but I feel like there is almost too much information provided in Sprout Social. I'm overwhelmed by the options. I also wish the publishing page or planner would have a calendar icon instead of a paper airplane because it doesn't seem as obvious to me and when I first started using Sprout it took me forever to find that page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most other social media planners that I have used allow me limited access to scheduling and what feeds are connected so I needed to use multiple sites. Sprout Social allows me to see all platforms at once and easily manage what I'm scheduling and where and when. It saves me a ton of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great tool that is helping us take our social media efforts to the next level. With Sprout, we are able to organize our social media activity, track our results and measure against some of our competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be incredible to it automatically post to Instagram.

It's helping us get more organized and schedule posts in advance, while categorizing them.
Sprout makes social accessible
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can do channel management, analytics, and social listening on Sprout. Truly is a one stop platform and every social media org should have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics can be kind wonky, like engagement rate is calculated weirdly for some profiles

It solves having to navigate multiple platforms by logging in natively, I love it

The reporting capabilities, ease of use.

Nothing! Sprout Social has been a much better tool for us compared to our previous social media management software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spout Social has made reporting for us so much easier. Before, we were doing it all manually.
Sprout is a very useful platform if you want to manage and review brands' social media activity.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you don't need several apps or platforms to see all the data and manage the posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some missing feature regarding to data analysis that our clients frequently ask when reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to log in to Facebook and change between the managed profiles if I want to see the brand's post and the analytics and then change the profiles back when I want to see another brand's profile, so this way is more sufficient.
A life changing piece of software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease and frequency of use, implementation and integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support and number of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage a large number of social profiles in one place - its been life changing! Having all the feeds and post scheduling in one place saves us so much time from basic scheduling (multiple times and across different accounts) and reporting. We love it.
