New User- so far so good
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics, ability to select suggested times to post that will encourage the most views. Viewing your post you are creating in multiple different ways (pop out to view other items in sprout at the same time, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like some additional integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, per se, just a great tool to manage multiple organizations pages.
It is very hit or miss for me on the platform
What do you like best about the product?
I do like the user interface of the platform it is very user-friendly and easy for me to follow. I also like how it organizes everything neatly for all the brands I manage. I can easily hop between clients and publish content and create reports. In the publishing section, I like how there are various tools to optimize my post like the viral time tool which allows me to post at the perfect time for the maximum amount of traction, or the bitly tool which is implemented to shorten links in my post to make the captions look cleaner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I come across so many outage issues on the platform. Frequently for one of my clients, the platform will not publish my Facebook posts and it would just say that an unexpected error has occurred please try again. Then I will reschedule the post and it will publish. I also do not like how you can integrate Pinterest into the platform with limited insights into analytics. It is not very helpful. I am unable to measure any sort of metrics on Sprout. I also do not like how limited I am with editing features for Instagram and TikTok. I would like to add text and music to my videos so i do not have to do that natively within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me with streamlining my publishing process for clients. I can Bulk schedule quickly to get a month's worth of content scheduled. I do like the bulk schedule feature as it saves me a lot of time. When it comes to social media analytics, I like how the platform helps me create any type of report I need. I can modify my reports to be on a monthly or yearly basis. Finally, I do like how the smart inbox allows me to easily answer comments and messages to improve our response rate which helps our clients a lot. I do not have to do this this of community management natively within each social media app, I can just do it all from smart inbox.
Nearly Everything I Could Need in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all of our social media, comments, and Youtube interactions all in one place. When we have a particular issue with a product I can do social listening for that issue or product easily to see the scale of the issue. Competitive analysis has been made easier for me and automatic reporting and sent reports make it easier for me to discuss numbers with the higher ups. It also frees up a lot of the annoyances of platform logins and scheduling on an individual basis across multiple accounts.
We integrate it into our strategy and planning and use it pretty much every day. Even if we don't, it's easy to scedule things and forget about ituntil we need to get back in there.
I love the team we worked with to implement the tool. Both training and introduction/edmo of the tool were amazing. We felt very accommodated as a customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is mostly the fault of the system and CRM we use for our ecommerce store, but I wish I could also get our customer service emails and shop linked into Sprout too. I think once we switch over to a better ecommerce platform, we could potentially resolve this.
I don't like that Reels are a little difficult to schedule with specific sounds unless we use our phones, but I think that is also the fault of the nature of Instagram and a lack of a working API probably.
I also can't seem to like or heart Youtube comments unless I'm on Youtube, but I can still answer and moderate them as normal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wasted a lot of time with manually scheduling and not understanding the full analytics behind our posts. Sprout solves for this pretty completely. I can make plans ahead from what I see does well, or what I see needs to be boosted if it's a higher priority.
One of the best social media management platforms available!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Sprout allow you to link to so many different channels, their built in analytics and reports allow me to be able to run all kinds of comparissions and links across all of the channels. I like the ability to use a sprout.link in bio for Instagram and have the ability to have links on our posts. The transistion from our previous plaform to Sprout was easy with the support of the staff, and when I have problems the live chat has been very responsive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I don't see a downside to Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making it easier to respond to comments and messages on our social media channels. Having more than one sometimes its hard to make sure that they are all getting responses. Having them all in on inbox has helped. Being able to create a case and send the message to someone else to respond has also helped make sure that things do not fall through the cracks.
Sprout Social Helps Me Be Social!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes scheduling social content easy and fast. The reports are easy to use and understand, with tid bits of information about each report metric.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Sprout has to connect through FB, as I am sure that is how the account gets connected all together, but we are having issues with one of our old FB accounts being under an old admin's name and we cannot change it. Therefore, we are having to schedule content for one of our verticals through Meta Business suite instead of sprout. Also, EA only lets you connect to one FB account which is hard when we have multiple verticals at our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content to multiple platforms and creating an ease of use for seeing analytics all in one place.
Great platform for scheduling and data
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great platform to use in your marketing team for social. It allows you to schedule and view calendar, share access to the calender via a live link with anyone on your team, review data, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We run two Instagrams where we use the "collaboration" tab frequently to link the two accounts together on one post, and that cannot yet be done within the Sprout platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to organize our thoughts around social, plan for the future, schedule posts and track progress. This is helping us to show overall growth and post more consistently.

the problem that solved is to have social listening and social media management in one place with the benefit of having only one vendor and everything in one place
Makes social media management easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of features Sprout Social has. From simple social post scheduling, to AI features for helping to write posts, to tools that make it easy for employees to engage with their social networks, to "link-in-bio" features for Instagram, and more. Sprout Social is a tool that has really been beneficial for our organization because of the wide variety of features they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social offers a lot of different features, I do think their features could perform a little better. For example, it would be great if their Instagram scheduling tool would push to Instagram without having to manually do so. However, that may just be an Instagram flaw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are our sole scheduling tool and reporting tool.
Very Comprehensive, but still needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout finally allowed us to manage all our channels in one place, track effectiveness, see competitors, and manage multiple brands easily. We can also get much more comprehensive reporting and plan and schedule our posts easily. Onboarding has been comprehensive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were under the impression that social listening and employee advocacy were going to be easily implemented and managed, but so far those two functions (which add a sizeable cost) are not quite as easy to use or comprehensive as we were informed. They have told us that there are many changes on the horizon for those, but it feels a bit like the sales and product teams are not fully aligned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout Social, we used another provider that had many limitations on which social channels we could manage as well as what types of posts we could manage. So we were using that tool as well as our personal cell phones for other posts. This also means the reporting was very limited. Then you tack on the fact that we have more than one brand to manage and we double our headaches. We were also part of a larger organization with several brands underneath. Each of those brands were leveraging different tools and processes to manage their social media. Now we can do all of that with one tool.
Great platform for multi-tasking social media managers!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities are great. I like the use of tags and campaigns to be able to track things easily. The link shortener is really nice, as well. Overall, I like the platform pretty well, but if Sprout made certain updates it would be incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy for the creative aspect of social media planning. The Instagram Grid Planner needs some work. Also, there isn't any room to add a link when scheduling Instagram stories. This isn't the case with most other social planning tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduler is really great. I also love that you can have multiple users to assist in things like content approval and customer service issues. The tool is very intuitive and I like how well the social listening works.
