User Friendly Social Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to some other tools we've used, Sprout is very user friendly and easy to learn. It's been a great tool for daily social media customer service. We're fairly new to Sprout, but so far implementation has been smooth and we're excited to see what other tools and features we can begin utilizing more. The Sprout team has been helpful in answering questions and sharing solutions unique to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We aren't able to schedule posts directly to Meta platforms like other tools have the capability of doing which then doesn't allow us to build ads on scheduled posts through ads manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives us a convenient way to respond to all of our customers in one place. It's the best social media customer service platform we've found.

What do you like best about the product?
Myself along with others on our team love the user interface and how many different use cases there are depending on your role. Reporting is extremely robust and you can find information very quickly. It was easy to implement as well, most of our environment was built on during our free trial. Our team uses it every day and if we have any questions that come up, we can get answers quickly from our success manager or the support icon in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API to Facebook does not currently sync scheduled posts in Sprout and also appear as scheduled posts in META Ads Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of finding the reporting metrics we want to look at to make decisions quicker. It has also steamlined our customer service to make sure ever comment and direct message gets responded to.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can all share in the same space and collaborate with our entire team and approvers without downloading content and sending it in separate emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to absorb regarding everything Sprout Social has to offer and it's taking a bit to get through understanding everything we can do. Unlimited options is great, but a lot to take in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and having data from competitors and our own statistics in one place is very beneficial. Their analytics are much more in depth than what you receive from Meta Business Suite.
We are just getting the listening tool up and running, but I think from a compliance and reputational risk standpoint, this is great tracking to have in place.
Sprout's onboarding and support team have been wonderful to work with and are teaching us so much.

Great User Friendly Product

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has truly transformed the way social media has operated. The scheduling platform alone has made it so easy when posting for multiple accounts. There are so many beneficial tools that can guide the user to find details about their clients or their accounts that can transform the business. I utilized Sprout at my old company, my current company was looking for a new platform and I pushed for Sprout hard and here we are!
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly dont think I have one bad thing to say about Sprout. Even when I have trouble with something and ask the chat it immediately directs me to a PERSON and i get a valuable response that can guide me and teach me. Amazing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics through and through, when a client asks why a post didn't do as well or did better than the others, whatever the case may be. I can pull analytics and showcase data visually and detailed to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has the best analytic and reporting capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature of being able to schedule most posts on different platforms is nice however, being able to change the caption for each platform at once rather than having to do it multiple times would be better.

Would also like to be able to set cover photo images for content like reels and for TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to quickly pull data and reports to provide detailed information for the brand without all the manual pulling from in app.

Sprout Social for Community Management - great tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social because it makes keeping track of our brand super easy. The real-time updates mean I don't miss any mentions, and I can set up extra keywords related to our brand. It works across almost all platforms, and the interface is user-friendly and looks good.
I use it daily and it's my primary platform and helps me support customers who reach out to us on Social Media as well as engage with the community.

Sprout Social also makes reporting a breeze, helping us make better decisions to improve our social media strategy.
Overall, it's a handy tool for staying on top of our online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't pull the LinkedIn mentions of branded keywords :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to track mentions on social media platforms and respond to incoming requests within our SLA. It also allows us to track the number of mentions weekly and see how many positive/negative/product/brand-related mentions we have and adjust our strategy if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease to edit the scheduled posts, and that if I post in bulk, I can go back and make edits or see the display individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I cannot link up my personal facebook page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule out my posts on several platforms all at once instead of it interrupting other tasks in my days.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is incredibly easy to use, and digestible. It is easy to understand, delivers great results that are relaible, and is a tool that every social media strategist needs in their life. I like the ease of the reporting tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to separate organic social vs paid social when it comes to reporting. I also think you should create a tool that allows you to search for relevant hashtags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now report on social campaigns, grab performance metrics from a specific post or analayze certain trends in performance for an entire platfrom. I am benefitting from Sprout Social in every facet of my job in social media. It helps with camapigns, reporting, paid media, and competitive analysis.

Accomplishes what you need it to but could be better

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout almost daily, mostly for the scheduler. Although I haven't used a lot of the other features, I do like how detailed the reports are about competitors, statistics, and what people are saying about the company. Comparing to other scheduling sites, it overall felt equally as easy to use and learn the platform. One great feature is that it allows you to post on multiple platforms at the same time which makes scheduling go a lot faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the scheduler allowed you to expand the list of already scheduled posts while you are in the composer. It will show the first few that you have scheduled for the selected day and then a text at the bottom that says "+5 more." It's not very convient to have to leave the post to see what's scheduled later in the day.

Sprout shows you the optimal times to post but if you have multiple things already scheduled, it may be a time that you already picked. It would be great if when you went to select it again, it showed a message that told the user that there's already a post scheduled for that time.

I don't like that Sprout doesn't allow you to add a link to Instagram stories unless you are on mobile, and even then, it is unclear on exactly how to do that. This seems like such a simple feature that they should consider adding, even Sked had that option.

Another thing I don't like is that it won't allow you to select more than 10 photos for FaceBook which doesn't make sense. You can post more than 10 pictures manually posting from FaceBook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to schedule post far in advance while keeping things organized. It saves me time by combining all of the platforms on one scheduler.
