Great for Scheduling, Needs Analytics Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the content calendar the most because it makes scheduling things ahead of time easier and helps in planning out social media strategy and visually creating a grid. I also appreciate the optimal send time feature, which helps me make informed decisions on when it's best to post to hit our target audiences. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the account manager was super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the analytics work as well because it doesn't factor in collaborative posts with influencers. Those are always included in my OKRs or KPIs, but Sprout Social doesn't seem to be able to pull those analytics even if it's an accepted collab that's live on our page. So I feel like the reporting isn't always accurate in terms of impressions and engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to build a content calendar, schedule content ahead of time, and find optimal send times to hit target audiences. It makes planning social media strategy easier with a visual grid.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for creating content, managing reviews and comments, social listening, and reporting social metrics, all in one place. It helps me with time management and makes reporting easy. I appreciate the great support team, who are always ready to help and answer any questions I have. They are happy to hop on a call to explain or demo products or use cases. The initial setup was easy.

Customizable Platform That Makes Managing 45 Accounts Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Managing about 45 accounts in one platform. It us customizable and allows you to have a good overview of your social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review section is not as robust as it should be. It is very surface level. I also have a hard time tagging other business I own within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time from pulling reports. It also helps me schedule content across multiple social accounts we own.
Robust social listening and analytics tool, but pricy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is really fairly robust. It handles a little of everything well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really pretty expensive and you need to have a full, dedicated team to make the best use of it. Also them mobile app sucks.

Primarily we use Sprout Social for social media listening and analytics.
Essential for Managing Comments with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social to manage the comments for our marketing agency, especially with our large number of over 600 partners. It's really helpful in categorizing comments based on groupings and banning specific keywords. I find the ability to see trends and have canned responses very useful. Having AI writing assistance and the fact that customer support has been really great are definite pluses. The software is almost indispensable for us, with our comment specialist getting notifications on his mobile phone and answering comments quickly and efficiently. I appreciate that it's very user-friendly with a straightforward interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, we will have a little glitches here and there. Most of the time, it is more on Meta than it is on Sprout Social. But because of that, sometimes it can impact how we do things on Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage comments for my marketing agency. It helps me categorize comments, ban specific keywords, and efficiently manage trends with AI assistance and canned responses. It also allows my comment specialist to get notifications on his phone and respond quickly.

I find the Facebook comment interface hard to navigate and sometimes it takes me a while to sort through all the messages and threads - this is easier on FB itself

All My Social Channels and Data in One Place—Perfect for Managing 25 Brands
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to schedule and manage multiple channels and accounts at once. I manage 25 brands under my role. It is nice to see all my data in one place and be able to multi-task. I also enjoy the approval set up. I like being able to manage the flow as I oversee agency work as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the chat function does not showcase the content we are discussing. As I manage 25 brands, I need to see a reference of what I am reacting to. I have to exit out of the dashboard side pop-up and navigate to the approval page to find the comment. It would be nice to see a preview and not have to do this from my email notification link. I also have to get a code sent to my email every day when I log in. This can take up to 5 minutes sometimes and I likely move on because of the hassle onto other tasks. Then my email code has expired and I have to start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves putting all of my accounts in one place for me to manage and monitor. I only need to connect everything once. Then I can manage all of my brands and channels in one place. I can also create workflows, schedules, and approval processes.
Effortless Social Management with Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way analytics are presented as well as the ease of using approval workflows for multiple levels of approvals. It's much easier to add comments to posts or push them through without having to go back and forth. I also really enjoy the analytic capabilities and ability to switch between client profiles with ease within the platform. The social listening tool is great for picking up any social/news mentions and getting a full picture of stakeholder sentiment. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be glitches at times with video/photo, including occasional errors with CC. I think they could make their CC feature easier to use. It just doesn't seem as intuitive as it could be and sometimes displays in a strange way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps with executive reporting, campaign reports, and provides a full picture of stakeholder sentiment through social listening. It simplifies multi-level approval workflows, reducing back and forth, and offers user-friendly analytics presentation.
