Save Time with Sprout

What do you like best about the product?
I save hours each week with Sprout because it's so much easier to post via Sprout than on each social account. I also love the reporting!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features. I'm still learning all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get analytics very quickly and save hours each week posting to Sprout, instead of each individual social account!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor social posts and schedule them across multiple different accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some tools I'm getting used to, but nothing I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes scheduling posts across multiple local social media pages easy and convenient, which is a major plus of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is robust and easy to use, and features and settings are intuitive. Salesforce integration takes minutes to set up. Sprout rep, Nolan did a great job of training us. The knowledge base is comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot of resources under Spout Insights for Nonprofits. Most of them are outdated too (2018,2019)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be implementing Sprout Social to other businesses. Most medium-sized Nonprofits don't take advantage of social channels. I hope that with Sprout's intuitive interface and ease of use, they can decrease the time they spend on managing social and have insights about their brand that will help them with their fundraising strategy.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
None for me but it's essential to consider individual preferences and requirements to determine if Sprout Social aligns with specific workflow and budget considerations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social addresses the challenge of collaboration among team members. Its collaborative features facilitate teamwork, allowing users to work together seamlessly on social media campaigns and strategies. This centralized collaboration is especially valuable for teams working across different locations or time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the best tool for providing end to end resolution to customers contacting the brand via digital platforms like email communication and social media interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social user interface is excellent as of now but it could still be improved further for more convenience.

Sprout Social solves social media management challenges like streamlining tasks, scheduling posts, data analytics and enhances efficiency and insights for me.

Great Social Media Tool for Large Companies Managing Multiple Aacpunts

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's user-friendly platform. We were brought onto Sprout and we were easily able to transition into Sprout from our previous management tool. I also like that it is very reliable in terms of posting and executing its job. Other platforms have a lot of post failures, but Sprout is way more reliable.

Customer support and the account team also have been super helpful in easing our transition into Sprout. We have A LOT of accounts and it would've been hard without them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing about Sprout is that it doesn't cater 100% creating one post for multiple accounts. Hootsuite (for example) allows one post to be made for users to easily customize copy and links for different social platforms. But, Sprout, while I can link one post to different platforms, I am not able to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has been a great tool in Social Management. Our team runs over 50 accounts, and is actively posting on 12-20 accounts a week. With its reliability and ease of approval processes, it has benefited our teams workflow a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is incredibly user-friendly. I have used it in many capacities, from providing customer support via social media to engaging with Brand Ambassadors on a daily basis. This platform streamlines the workflow for our Customer Care team, our Social Media team, and me as I work directly with our Brand Ambassador program. Our teams use this platform daily and the amount of time that it has saved us is a testament to how well designed Sprout Social is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations with Brand Ambassador management platforms, such as Roster. The ability to integrate the two would create the best brand management duo out there. I would like the ability to create "groups" within the social media feed. Because I work with a group of 30 or so Brand Ambassadors and engage with their content on multiple platforms daily, it would be nice if I could create an inbox in Sprout that just pulled the posts of the people I selected. So instead of searching through our general inbox for my brand ambassador's posts, they would all be funneled into one place for easy viewing and engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows our brand to manage posts, engage with our community, and track important data all in one easy to use platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great tool that allows you to get all your tasks, comments, and messages all in one place. Instead of having to switch between tabs or platforms, you can do it all in one, which is amazing!

The customer support is fantastic, and they were willing to answer all our questions during our trial period. We also can reach out any time with any issues we find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI limitations make it hard for us to see content in Sprout. Unfortunately this is due to the platforms having restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to task things to team members, instead of screenshotting and trying to find it via the platform.
Commenting all in one place instead of switching back and forth between platforms.
