Sprout Social: Amazing Social Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Made the switch from a different platform and I love how user-friendly Sprout Social is! Utilizing Sprout Social's platform for my daily social media management needs has been a game-changer. The level of convenience, efficiency, and effectiveness this tool provides is truly remarkable. Their customer service is always available and ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Sprout Social is its relatively higher pricing compared to other social media management tools, though it's important to note that the platform offers robust features and functionality that justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has helped me solve the problems of time-consuming social media management, limited data insights, and inconsistent content scheduling. It streamlines the process, provides valuable analytics, and ensures a consistent presence, making social media management easier and more effective.
Great Product with some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
I lvoe social lsitening and have different profiles and reports
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt utilize any of the new instagram integrations such as adding music etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage 4 brands for a company and each one has its own platforms. I use sprout social to help with managing the brands, building their social calendars, community management.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that you can reschedule posts easily. I also like how easy it is to see and create analytics reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when scheduling posts, if I click on the calendar to make a post, the post doesn't automatically go to the time of day that I clicked it. It would be helpuful if I were to click on timeslots on certains days and go to drafting the post from there as opposed to having to do it at the end.

Scheduling post in advance and creating analytics reports.
Sprout social is a powerhouse multipurpose tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it saves me lot of time. Before I used to open facebook, insta, twitter one by one and reply. Now from sprout I can manage all in one place. The scheduling is also very simple, I just put post and it goes everywhere same time. Reports also give me clear idea which post is working and which is not. For small team like mine it is very useful and less headache!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big to dislike, only sometimes loading takes bit more time when many tabs open. And maybe price is little high for small business but still I feel the value is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It save me time, I dont need to open fb insta twitter one by one... All msg come in one place so I reply fast. Also I can schedule post for week and no worry daily..
Sprout social is intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review all Social Media posts in one place. This provides great overall insights and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see further integrations with review sites such as G2, BBB, and Capterra.

It keeps eveything in one place which is nice.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule content across multiple platforms with the "Schedule+Duplicate" feature. The Smart Inbox is awesome. Our customer team is brilliant and extremely helpful. I can't recommend Sprout enough.

The API limitations on TikTok and Instagram aren't ideal.

Sprout save me time when I'm scheduling content.
Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is that everything from mentions to hashtags is centralized into one simple location, making sure I don't miss a beat. It also makes planning content every day SO easy and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've encountered with Sprout Social not having the ability to like comments or share to story on Instagram from the inbox.

Sprout Social ensures nothing is left untouched with the Smart Inbox.
The best social management platform!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Sprout Social is how user friendly it is, how clear and easy reporting is and how quickly you are able to get up and going with very little training. I've used many different platforms and keep coming back to Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more connections to other social platforms, but honestly, none of them have that so it's nothing really against Sprout.

Sprout allows me to schedule out all of my social and give me a clear view of the analytics and reporting to help me keep on top of my organic social.
Sprout Social Makes My Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling content as well as the workflow approval system. It's very user friendly. I also really love the reporting dashboard. I'm able to see how all my social accounts are performing at once. I use Sprout every day to perform my duties. I've also had great experiences with Sprout Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Sprout Advocacy system. It's frequently buggy, and awkward to navigate.

It helps me manage the socials for multiple clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use and the reporting functions are next level. If you're investing in social marketing, this tool provides actionable analytics that can be used to adjust social and marketing strategies. The customer service is also fast, friendly, and very effective, on the rare occasion you need support. I use this tool daily and manage accounts for multiple clients, this program saves me time. It's also very easy to set up and start using right away. Connecting accounts is fast, and customizing content to each platform is well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love about Sprout is the pricetag. I'm able to divide the cost among multiple clients, which makes it great value for each of them. If I was using this as an individual or a small business, it could be cost prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout save times and delivers a more cohesive social presence. Social scheduling, bulk scheduling, and post rescheduling is fast and efficient. Analytics and reports are very customizable and provide tangible insights that can actually be used to improve an orginizations digital strategy. This is also very helpful in measuring ROI for social spend and presenting a case for continued social investment.
